Clowsgill Holme sits in the gorgeous Baldy Mountain area just above the quaint town of Breckenridge, only ten minutes from the slopes. This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Gold Flake Lodge Home

Gold Flake Lodge boasts some of the best panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range in Breckenridge. A stone fireplace reaching up to the vaulted ceilings centers the family room and a floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Breckenridge’s slopes. Glass doors off both the living and dining room open out to the back deck offering a closer look at the stunning mountain landscape. The dining room has seating for six and a breakfast bar provides additional seats for four. Four additional guest rooms each boast spectacular views overlooking Breckenridge Resort. Surrounding the home are multiple deck spaces that offer the perfect spot to watch the magnificent sunsets over the mountain ranges. If you’d like to soak blissfully while appreciating the views, there is also a private outdoor hot tub on the back deck.

The fourth has bunk beds and futon. Downstairs has an second living space perfect for late night movies with leather couches, stone gas fireplace, TV and mini kitchenette with a microwave for making popcorn. Outside is a spacious terrace with a private hot tub and elevated deck with a gas grill. Located in the Peak 7 area, the lodge is only minutes from Breckenridge Ski Resort and downtown Main Street with all the best shopping, dining and entertainment.

120 Rachel Lane

Elk Trail House

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.
