At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The Aquatics Center features an adult pool, kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. The resort also features a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town where you will find dining, shopping and nightlife.

The Village at Breckenridge Resort is located on the plaza at the base of Peak 9, next to the Quicksilver Chairlift and adjacent to Maggie's Pond. The restaurants and shops of Breckenridge's historic Main Street are just steps away, as is the Breckenridge Ski School and Village Childcare Center. Accommodation options range from hotel rooms, studios, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condominiums with full kitchens. The one- to four-bedroom units include wood-burning fireplaces and balconies. The onsite Park Avenue Pub, located in the Village Hotel, offers is a great place to grab a convenient dinner or enjoy après-ski food and drink specials.

This ski-in/ski-out property is located on the ski run above the base of Peak 9, making it an excellent choice for the skier or snowboarder looking to get as much time on the slopes as possible. Beaver Run Resort offers a variety of amenities including an indoor/outdoor heated pool, a second outdoor pool, seven outdoor hot tubs, an exercise room, video arcade, retail stores, mini market/deli, bars and restaurants, ski and snowboard rental shops, business center, and complimentary in-town shuttle.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Please note that the shuttle is not able to go up the driveway and will safely pick up guests at the street level.

The huge deck, perfectly suited for entertaining and relaxing sits outside the kitchen and great room and features a grilling area, lots of comfortable seating, and a private outdoor hot tub. Just off the kitchen and great room is the dining room with a large dining table and seating for 10 to 12. Additional seating is available at the kitchen island and breakfast nook – perfect for the kids. The main level is also host to one bedroom, a full bathroom, and a mudroom, offering storage for all your cold-weather gear plus the washer and dryer and large sink. Finally, a private office is situated in the front corner of the home, beside the front door, and offers a bright and quiet place to tend to any work while on vacation. Follow the round staircase to the upper level where you’ll find the spacious primary suite, one queen bedroom suite, and two king bedrooms with Jack-and-Jill shared bath. All bedrooms feature TVs and luxury linens. Head down to the lower level for entertainment options galore. Billiards, ping pong, and air hockey will surely stir up some friendly competition. A wet bar with microwave, bar fridge and sink for all your snacks and beverages. After having some fun around the game tables, retire to the adjacent family room with a comfy sectional sofa, loveseat, and 75-inch flatscreen TV. The two bunk rooms reside on the lower level and share a hall bathroom. Guests have use of the two-bay heated garage with parking for 4 cars total.

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.
