Questions to ask you clients

1. Select Your Clients' Lodging - You can filter lodging options based on your client's preferences and budget. Most lodging shown is available to book online. Lodging that shows as Request Booking will require a phone call from us to that lodging supplier in order to check availability. In those cases, for the quickest answer, we recommend you contact one of our Experts so they can check availability for you.
2. Select Additional Vacation Package Components:

• Lift Tickets - We show all available lift ticket options, however some promotional lift tickets like Stay Free Ski Free or 5th Day Free are only valid when booking specific lodging suppliers. Please contact one of our Specialists to see if a promotional lift ticket is valid with your lodging choice, before completing your quote. Please note that lift tickets cannot be purchased without also purchasing lodging from us.
• Rental Equipment - There are many rental equipment suppliers to choose from. Some lodging properties have rental shops on site and some do not. In some cases, choosing Delivery Service for your clients will make the most sense. We recommend consulting an Expert to determine which rental supplier will be the most convenient for your clients, before completing your quote. We can also help you determine which level of equipment will be appropriate, based on your client's skill level.
• Ground Transportation - We offer both rental cars and airport transfers for most resorts. Some resorts may have scheduled airport shuttles from one regional airport but not another. For advice on whether or not a car or ground transfers would be best for your client in a particular resort, please contact a Mountain Travel Experts.
