On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

The property's wide-open pasture offers a serene setting as well as possible wildlife viewing area. The spacious living room features a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and tile floors, and a breakfast bar with seating for six. If you have a large group or family, not to worry, the dining area can seat up to eight. Upstairs is a loft right off the master bedroom that can be used as an additional room for relaxation and reading or a kid's play room. The spacious master bedroom is right off the loft and has a king-sized bed and plenty of windows. The lower level of Snowshoe Lodge has a large bunk room with two Captain's bunks (extended twin over queen), its own bath and a flat-screen TV, making it a perfect room for the kids.
