143 Park Forest is a 3 bedroom 3 bath 1,954 square foot townhome, a short walk from the free shuttle bus stop. It’s also a short walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing. Step out onto the upper deck with a cocktail and grill up some steaks. Watch the big game on the 65" flat screen TV in the lower level den while you warm up by the gas fireplace. Just off the lower level den is an outdoor hot tub for you to soak in while you breathe clean mountain air and take in the tranquility and peace of nature surrounding you in the gorgeous back yard. The Ski Country Penthouse condominiums are located just 150 steps from the Breck Connect Gondola and within walking distance of all of the dining and shopping opportunities on Breckenridge’s Main Street.
