The Village at Breckenridge Resort is located on the plaza at the base of Peak 9, next to the Quicksilver Chairlift and adjacent to Maggie's Pond. The restaurants and shops of Breckenridge's historic Main Street are just steps away, as is the Breckenridge Ski School and Village Childcare Center. This ski-in/ski-out property is located on the ski run above the base of Peak 9, making it an excellent choice for the skier or snowboarder looking to get as much time on the slopes as possible. A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

Ten Mile Suites is located just three blocks from Breckenridge’s Main Street. The Free Ride Shuttle bus, that takes you to the slopes, picks up next door. Plus, Ten Mile Suites backs up to Carter Park which has a free sledding hill in the winter and free volleyball and tennis in the summer. The open floor plan living area has huge windows and gas fireplace, and is a perfect place for gathering after skiing, as is the expanded lower patio with its fire pit, hot tub, outdoor speakers and spectacular views. The deck off the upstairs dining area also has outdoor speakers as well as a gas grill. The master bedroom features a king bed, gas fireplace, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.
