The Aquatics Center features an adult pool, kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. Parking Notes: The property can only comfortably support parking for three vehicles. Plowing takes place from around 8 AM to 9 AM, and you will need to move vehicles to allow this to happen. If you have additional vehicles, you may park them at the ice rink, about three blocks from the house near the corner of French Street and Boreas Pass Road. You can park there for $5 per day; there is a kiosk at the lot.

Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.
