The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The Aquatics Center features an adult pool, kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. The resort also features a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town where you will find dining, shopping and nightlife.

This ski-in/ski-out property is located on the ski run above the base of Peak 9, making it an excellent choice for the skier or snowboarder looking to get as much time on the slopes as possible. Beaver Run Resort offers a variety of amenities including an indoor/outdoor heated pool, a second outdoor pool, seven outdoor hot tubs, an exercise room, video arcade, retail stores, mini market/deli, bars and restaurants, ski and snowboard rental shops, business center, and complimentary in-town shuttle.

This Charter Ridge Townhome has 3 bedrooms plus a den and 3.5 baths in 2,398 square feet of space. It is located 3 miles from Breckenridge’s Main Street and 1.5 blocks from a Summit Stage stop. The townhome has a full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and a large outdoor hot tub. The den has a wide-screen HDTV and entertainment system. This townhome has a private deck, single car garage, and great views of the ski area across the valley.

Cawha Outlook Chalet, located near Peak 8, offers 4,447 square feet of luxurious living. This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home boasts a gorgeous great room with high ceilings, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors and Douglas fir beams throughout to give it an elegant and rustic feel. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. The open dining area is surrounded by windows that showcase the spectacular mountain views. This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.
