Bystone Villa Retreat

The private and charming Bystone Villa Retreat has a European flair on the exterior and contemporary mountain style on the interior. The home sits on a wooded lot, about a mile from Breckenridge’s Peak 8 base area and a mile from Main Street. You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.

Ski Country Penthouses

The Ski Country Penthouse condominiums are located just 150 steps from the Breck Connect Gondola and within walking distance of all of the dining and shopping opportunities on Breckenridge’s Main Street. Condos each have a wood-burning fireplace and a private outdoor hot tub on the balcony. Other amenities offered are a shared full-size washer and dryer, high speed Wi-Fi, and one outdoor parking spot. Another benefit of the location is that you are only 150 steps from the Summit County Transfer Center where you can catch any bus to go all over Summit County for free, no car necessary with these condos.

Residence Inn Breckenridge

Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.
