This incredible ski in ski out resort, One Ski Hill Place, is situated at the base of Peak 8. These luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town. You can enjoy the convenience of your own ski locker and ski valet and walk right out to access four ski lifts! At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The Aquatics Center features an adult pool, kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. The resort also features a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town where you will find dining, shopping and nightlife.

The Village at Breckenridge Resort is located on the plaza at the base of Peak 9, next to the Quicksilver Chairlift and adjacent to Maggie's Pond. This beautifully updated condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Spread out in the spacious living room to enjoy a good movie on the large flat screen TV or head out to the private balcony to enjoy a delicious meal cooked in the gorgeous kitchen while taking in the fresh mountain air. The master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and its own bathroom with a relaxing soaking tub and dual vanity. The second bedroom is also equipped with a king bed and access to the second bathroom. The third bedroom has a bunk with a twin over a full. Tannenbaum Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area, just a short stroll from the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge. These bright and spacious units have large picture windows to let in the sunlight. Located just across the street is the Columbine Pool Center where guests can enjoy soaking those sore muscles after a full day of skiing, hiking or biking in one of the oversized indoor/outdoor hot tubs or enjoy a summer day lounging around or splashing in the year-round heated pool.

Chelsea House enjoys a great in-town location where you can easily walk to the free shuttle, ice skating rink, shops, and restaurants. This 3-level mountain home is filled with amenities, perfect for families. There’s a rec room with pool table, ping-pong table, and foosball. The great room has a gas fireplace and opens to the kitchen and dining area. A deck off the living area has a gas grill and private outdoor hot tub. A laundry room and 3-bay garage complete the list of amenities.

The Powderhorn condominiums are located within walking distance of the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9. Although they are only 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street, these units are in a forested, streamside location which provides for a quiet location. Guests have access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and hot tub area across the street. There is both underground and above ground parking available, as well as an elevator in each of the three buildings.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.
