The split-level entry leads upstairs to the main level of the house, offering a good sized living room with great views of the Snake River Valley. A large deck holds two BBQ grills, a picnic table and a hot tub. There is a dining area with seating for eight, as well as seating for four at the breakfast bar which opens to a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms are on the main level, a king master bedroom and a queen bedroom, that share an adjacent full bath and sauna. The upper level of the house has a large bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a bonus room with two twin beds in a loft, suitable for kids. These two bedrooms share a full bath. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share an adjacent full bath. There is also a utility room with a full sized washer and dryer. The Stock House is a classic ski chalet with older furnishings, which allows it to be offered at a very affordable rate.

The Cody House is located right at the base of the Bridger Gondola and is perfect for a ski vacation or summer getaway. Rendezvous Mountain Rentals manages three unique condominiums in the Cody House building. All are beautifully decorated and offer a gourmet kitchen, fireplace in the living room and a deck with a million-dollar view. Cody House is easy walking distance to Teton Village shops and restaurants with the town of Jackson 12 miles away.

The Four Seasons Condos I Building is a wonderful location for the very short walk to and from the base of Teton Village and the main lift system in the winter. In the summer, this location is perfect to enjoy the outdoor activities and restaurants the village center has to offer as well. Guests staying in Four Seasons I can use the complimentary skier shuttle to and from the Sundance Tennis and Swim Club (pool and two Jacuzzis) for an après ski soak. This facility is only a 5 minute walk in the summer and offers tennis courts in addition to the pool and Jacuzzis.
