The Cody House is located right at the base of the Bridger Gondola and is perfect for a ski vacation or summer getaway. This building is also home to the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort's Kids Ranch and Teton Village Clinic, taking the words 'convenient location' to new heights! Rendezvous Mountain Rentals manages three unique condominiums in the Cody House building. All are beautifully decorated and offer a gourmet kitchen, fireplace in the living room and a deck with a million-dollar view. Cody House is easy walking distance to Teton Village shops and restaurants with the town of Jackson 12 miles away.

This 3,000 square foot, tri-level house located in Teton Village is the ideal choice for a family or large group on a budget. The split-level entry leads upstairs to the main level of the house, offering a good sized living room with great views of the Snake River Valley. A large deck holds two BBQ grills, a picnic table and a hot tub. There is a dining area with seating for eight, as well as seating for four at the breakfast bar which opens to a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms are on the main level, a king master bedroom and a queen bedroom, that share an adjacent full bath and sauna. The upper level of the house has a large bedroom with a queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a bonus room with two twin beds in a loft, suitable for kids. These two bedrooms share a full bath. Downstairs there is a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, which share an adjacent full bath. There is also a utility room with a full sized washer and dryer. The Stock House is a classic ski chalet with older furnishings, which allows it to be offered at a very affordable rate.

The Gros Ventre building offers cozy condominiums and an economical way to be close to the slopes. All units include a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace or wood stove, washer/dryer and an outdoor ski locker. Moose Pines is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath western-inspired contemporary home located in The Aspens neighborhood. This 1,800 square feet home on two levels offers multiple living spaces, perfect for a small family to spread out in. The front entryway leads into a large living room with a beautiful stone fireplace, large floor to ceiling windows, and a dining area that seats 4 to 5 people. The open floor plan includes a fully-equipped kitchen. Continue past the kitchen into the master bedroom suite where you’ll find a queen poster bed and en suite bath with a Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. A half bath and laundry area are conveniently located on this level as well. Upstairs, in the open loft area, are two bedrooms that share a bath, one with a full-sized bed and the other with a single twin bed.
