This luxury 2-bedroom residence feels and lives bigger than you’d think with an en-suite master bedroom on one side and a second en-suite split king bedroom on the other side of your spacious living & dining room. The living room is the perfect place to enjoy the fantastic view and cozy up to the inviting sandstone fireplace after a fun day on the slopes. Ski access is so easy with a slopeside ski locker room. Here you can dry off and conveniently store your equipment in your private ski locker and boot warmers. If you need to push yourself a little more, there is a small exercise room with equipment on site.

Conveniently located in the Ski Time Square area, the Kutuk Condominiums boast a great location at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Each condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, living area with gas fireplace, a shared balcony and spacious bedrooms. Complimentary WiFi and parking is included. Kutuk has a giant sundeck with beautiful views. This is where most of the amenities are located, including two outdoor hot tubs, a BBQ area, ski lockers, and a fire pit. There is a large underground parking structure but with its great location within walking distance to the slopes, restaurants and shops, a car is not a necessity.

The Ponderosa Lodge sits just under the Steamboat Gondola, high above the valley floor and takes its name from the grand Ponderosa Pine tree in the front yard. On three levels with over 6,000 square feet, this beautiful log home has 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 people comfortably. The main level features a large living area with a wood-burning fireplace and incredible views of the entire valley. The master suite is on this level with a king bed and its own gas fireplace. There is also a half bath and an office with a pull-out queen bed on the main level. The upper level has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with twin bunk beds and another twin bed. These two bedrooms share a bath. The lower level features another living area with its own gas fireplace, large TV, bar with refrigerator, and a closet full of games. There are three bedrooms and two baths on this level. The first bedroom has a king bed and its own gas fireplace. Off of this bedroom is a small windowless room with a crib and changing table. The second bedroom has a queen bed, while the third features a bunk bed (twin over full) and a separate twin bed. Every window has majestic views and the extensive south-facing decks feature plenty of deck furniture and a private hot tub (hot tub is available during summer months only).
