Welcome to Riverlight Lodge, a sleek and sophisticated retreat where town meets mountain. This newly built luxury residence sits on the banks of the Yampa River in downtown Steamboat. Expansive decks on each of the home’s three levels offer front-row views of the river, the iconic Howelsen Hill, and the Steamboat ski area. Stroll or bike the nearby Core Trail, explore boutique shops and restaurants, or hop on the Moving Mountains complimentary shuttle for easy access to the ski slopes during winter months.

Gondola Run B is a luxurious home (half of a duplex) that has 6 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms and sleeps up to 16 people comfortably. Located under the gondola, guests enjoy excellent views of the Sleeping Giant Mountain and north valley. Step outside and you are 59 steps from a walking trail that directly accesses the Valley View run. From this point down, an intermediate can readily ski or snowboard Valley View right to the base area. Note that at day's end, returning to this access point requires expert abilities. This home comes equipped with an open kitchen with 2 ovens and 2 dishwashers, 2 master bedrooms with Jacuzzi tubs, gas fireplaces in the living room and in one master bedroom, a pool table and poker table, a large private wrap-around deck with grill and hot tub, and a washer/dryer.

Conveniently located in the Ski Time Square area, the Kutuk Condominiums boast a great location at the base of the Steamboat Ski Area. Each condo has a fully-equipped kitchen, living area with gas fireplace, a shared balcony and spacious bedrooms. Complimentary WiFi and parking is included. Kutuk has a giant sundeck with beautiful views. This is where most of the amenities are located, including two outdoor hot tubs, a BBQ area, ski lockers, and a fire pit. The property also sits along Burgess Creek, making it a serene summertime retreat. There is a large underground parking structure but with its great location within walking distance to the slopes, restaurants and shops, a car is not a necessity.
