Good full-service resort that could use some updates.Accomodations: Well-appointed, warm(heated w/ LNG) and nice to flop into at the end of a long day's riding the slopes. Towels were nice and thick, water pressure in the shower was good and hot. Desk staff was always helpful despite my minimal Spanish. The at-the-door service to drop off your gear at the end of the day & pick up the next morning all clean and dry was a welcome luxury and something I've only encountered at the very top end of American resorts. Amenities: Wifi/Connectivity needs updating. I get that we're all trying to escape, but this is 2018 and I found the lack of WiFi in my room to be something I missed. The "WiFi Zone" being on the top floor and across from the night club in Tres Puntas made it hard to chat/Skype home in the evening. Meals were good, but I could never figure out the reservation system for dinner. I was told that I needed to reserve dinner every night before 1700, but there were a couple nights I forgot or was at the gym and they still seated me. Food was quite good and ample and they had a nice regional wine list.
