A large deck is located off of the main floor area. Downstairs is a family room with a ping-pong table and gas fireplace.

Evergreen is a duplex property nestled in the trees of the Tamarack Loop area, adjacent to the Home Again Ski Way. Units feature full kitchens, living rooms with flat screen televisions, and either a deck or patio. Ski and equipment storage is provided in the entryway.
