The entryway opens into a spacious living room featuring comfortable seating, a stone gas fireplace, and a 55" flat screen TV. The charming dining area seats eight at the quaint farmhouse-style table. The main floor has an open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen and a beautiful island with bar seating for 4 people. A laundry room is conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen. The master bedroom features a king bed, 48" flat screen TV, stone gas fireplace, a three-quarter bath, and direct access to the deck running along the front of the house. The spacious lower level includes a second living room with a wet bar, stone gas fireplace, lots of seating for viewing the 55" flat screen TV, and a game area with ping-pong table. Other amenities include a large deck with gas grill, a deluxe Sonos high-tech sound system on all levels, central air conditioning, and private outdoor six-person hot tub on the covered porch.
