Mountain House is located in the Winter Lane subdivision near Chair #3 and is a two story duplex with an upper and lower level. Mountain House offers ski-in/walk-out or shuttle out access. Both units at Mountain House have full kitchens, fireplaces, and a washer/dryer. Guests staying at Mountain House also have access to the Sherpa Pool complex which includes two hot tubs and an indoor heated pool.

The spacious lower level includes a second living room with a wet bar, stone gas fireplace, lots of seating for viewing the 55" flat screen TV, and a game area with ping-pong table. Other amenities include a large deck with gas grill, a deluxe Sonos high-tech sound system on all levels, central air conditioning, and private outdoor six-person hot tub on the covered porch. Garage parking is provided for one vehicle. A ski-in path comes to the top of the driveway and a short walk accesses a ski path to the Elk Highlands lift.
