The Lotus has approximately 1,956 square feet. All Lotus properties have a heated two car garage and heated ski lockers at the street level. Lotus has ski in access to the back of the building and ski out access across the road.

Mountain House is located in the Winter Lane subdivision near Chair #3 and is a two story duplex with an upper and lower level. Mountain House offers ski-in/walk-out or shuttle out access. Both units at Mountain House have full kitchens, fireplaces, and a washer/dryer. Guests staying at Mountain House also have access to the Sherpa Pool complex which includes two hot tubs and an indoor heated pool.
