Units feature full kitchens, living rooms with flat screen televisions, and either a deck or patio. Ski and equipment storage is provided in the entryway. A covered walkway leads to the hot tub which is shared with the other units in the complex.

Lotus has ski in access to the back of the building and ski out access across the road.
