Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

A pet friendly rental townhome offers a great spot to find solitude as well as 2 living area, large enough to accommodate 10 people and has been remodeled with all the comforts for a wonderful vacation. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and has seating for up to 8. The main level has a master bedroom has king bed, TV with attached bath and a powder room and access to the rear deck.

On the banks of the Fraser River about six miles from skiing at Winter Park Resort, sit the townhouse style condominiums at Sun River. Inside these striking two bedroom, two bath units you will find a full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, cable television, phone, and in unit washer and dryer. The bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs on the entry level. Upstairs are the kitchen, living rooms and a private deck. Several Fraser restaurants are within easy walking distance.

This beautifully appointed unit spans 1,200 square feet and is located on the building’s first floor. It is important to mention that there are roughly 6 to 8 steps leading to the unit as the ground floor accommodates a one car garage. In the primary living space, there is access to a private balcony that offers mountain views. This area features a gas fireplace, a television, a VCR, a queen sofa sleeper, complimentary Wi-Fi and does not include air conditioning. The layout provides an unobstructed view of both the living and kitchen areas, with a solid wood dining table that accommodates six people.
