Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

This charming pet-friendly 3-bedroom retreat offers a cozy getaway for up to 8 guests and easy access to downtown Fraser's breweries, restaurants and great year round outdoor activities. A single level condo featuring an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and gorgeous mountain views from the south facing windows. Step onto the private patio for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! The master bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV with en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV and full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a Queen and adjacent alcove with a bunk bed for an extra sleeping space. Access for the third bathroom in the main hallway with washer and dryer. Guests enjoy complimentary amenities such as free Wi-Fi, a covered garage for 1 vehicle and outdoor parking for two on the driveway. No air conditioning.

Single level townhome with HUGE backyard, pet friendly located in Fraser and is a wonderful family rental offers a large space and great amenities. Easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants, breweries and summer hiking and biking trails. The free town shuttle stop is nearby the main entrance. The main living area has vaulted ceilings, lots of comfortable sofas surrounding the wood burning fireplace and flat screen TV. The remodeled full kitchen has a large breakfast bar area, stainless steel appliances and lots of cabinets and countertops space to make meal prep a breeze. Adjacent to the main kitchen, the dining area has large table and plenty of chairs to comfortably seat up to 6.
