The 210 Cooper condos are located on the west edge of Aspen’s downtown core, adjacent to the Limelight Hotel and just across Wagner Park from restaurants and shopping. Aspen Mountain is a short walk away, and the skier shuttles to Aspen Highlands, Buttermilk and Snowmass depart from Rubey Park, just two blocks from the property. These condos feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces and other amenities.

The Independence Square is Aspen's only lodge that provides concierge and guest services in a central downtown location. Aspen's shops, restaurants, nightlife and free shuttle buses our located right out the front door. This historic landmark lodge offers modern day convenience with amenities such as wireless internet, rooftop Jacuzzi, refrigerators and ski lockers.

The Chateau Blanc Condominiums provide easy access to everything that Aspen has to offer, located just five blocks from the gondola and even closer to downtown Aspen. Enjoy a much needed and rewarding soak immersed in your own private hot tub surrounded by a mountain oasis. The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two twins, and the third bedroom has two twins (which can be made into a king upon request). This property is pet friendly! The downtown core of Aspen, offering world-class shopping, dining, and nightlife is just a few blocks away. It is a 5-10 minute walk to Aspen Mountain’s gondola for alpine skiing and snowboarding, and there are multiple shuttle stops nearby.
