Condominiums range in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, each with a full kitchen, fireplace, and washer/dryer.

Highlands Townhome offers spectacular views of Beaver Creek Mountain, all the comforts of home and ski in, ski out access. Conveniently located, Centennial Chairlift is a short ski down and all the village shops and restaurants are just steps away. Inside, the home spans two levels of cozy and comfortable living space. Just off the main entry, the kitchen has everything needed to whip up a delicious family meal and the breakfast bar and dining table combine to seat nine. Down a few steps, the sunken living room has contemporary furnishings around a stone fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and walk-out access to the back patio. Upstairs, three bedrooms offer guests a choice of sleep space. Two guest rooms include king beds and the third two full beds. Each room is impeccably appointed with plush bedding and flat screen TVs and additional bedding is offered by the queen sleeper sofa in the living room. All guests also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi, covered parking and an outdoor pool and hot tub within the complex.

Each residence features attractively appointed granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steel appliances, a gas fireplace, a washer and dryer in the home, dark wood floors, and air conditioning. Guests at The Ascent enjoy a heated indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor patio with fireplace and hot tub, fitness center, steam room, reading room, youth game room, adult sports lounge, ski storage lockers, on-site outdoor parking, and during ski season skier shuttle is available. The shuttle schedule is posted in the ski locker room and is subject to change.

The Enclave offers individual homes situated along the Beaver Creek Golf Course. These spacious homes have large windows, vaulted ceilings and access to snowshoeing on the golf course. The complimentary resort Dial-A-Ride shuttle makes getting to the village and slopes a breeze. Guests enjoy two outdoor hot tubs year-round, and a tennis court and heated pool in the summer.
