Residents have convenient access to the slopes and on-demand shuttle services for access to the shops, restaurants and bars in Beaver Creek Village, as well as to Bachelor Gulch and Arrowhead.

From its elevated vantage point, Ethereal Lodge lives up to its name in every sense, with a light-filled, airy interior and lofty views. This 6-bedroom home on the coveted Holden Road is a sophisticated mountain sanctuary that’s only minutes away from Beaver Creek Village and the base of the world-renowned ski resort.

Situated in the coveted Highlands area of Beaver Creek, this beautiful home offers an ideal location, just above the ski lifts with ski to access and a short walk on the paved walkway to the fun shops and restaurants of Beaver Creek village. Shared hot tubs dot the property among every two or three buildings. Chalet Campo features on-site parking, private decks, washer and dryer, complimentary wireless internet, local hot tub and access to the Highlands Lodge swimming pool and hot tubs. For a fee, guests can use the adjacent courts at the Beaver Creek Tennis Club with 5 clay and 2 hard courts (seasonal).

This ski-in/ski-out home is in the exclusive Highlands neighborhood of Beaver Creek. Access the new Chondola' from the ski way just steps from your back door. The residence has detached garage parking, a spacious 3-bedroom floor plan, and a wood-burning fireplace. Walking in the front door you’ll find yourself in the ski hall where you can store your gear and heat boots with the boot warmers. From this hall, you'll access the Highlands Skiway. This main floor also features the living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a large smart flat-screen TV and patio access with gas grill. In addition, the kitchen with beautiful dark granite countertops, updated appliances and breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area has seating for up to 8 guests. Head up the stairs to all 3 bedrooms. The first is the master suite with a king bed and en suite bath with steam shower and heated floors. The second bedroom also features a king bed and has an en suite bath with a shower-tub combo. The third bedroom has two sets of log twin bunk beds and its own en suite bath with a shower-tub combo. There are smart flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, as well as, Sonos systems throughout the home. From the main level of this home, simply walk out the back door and down three steps to find yourself on the Highlands Skiway.

Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment. Guests can enjoy European-style, village-to-village skiing between Arrowhead and Bachelor Gulch villages. A car is recommended for those who want to venture out of the village for more dining options and other activities.
