This ski-in/ski-out home is in the exclusive Highlands neighborhood of Beaver Creek. Access the new Chondola' from the ski way just steps from your back door. The residence has detached garage parking, a spacious 3-bedroom floor plan, and a wood-burning fireplace. Walking in the front door you’ll find yourself in the ski hall where you can store your gear and heat boots with the boot warmers. From this hall, you'll access the Highlands Skiway. This main floor also features the living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a large smart flat-screen TV and patio access with gas grill. In addition, the kitchen with beautiful dark granite countertops, updated appliances and breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area has seating for up to 8 guests. Head up the stairs to all 3 bedrooms. The first is the master suite with a king bed and en suite bath with steam shower and heated floors. The second bedroom also features a king bed and has an en suite bath with a shower-tub combo. The third bedroom has two sets of log twin bunk beds and its own en suite bath with a shower-tub combo. There are smart flat-screen TVs in all bedrooms, as well as, Sonos systems throughout the home. Arrowhead Village, a quiet and peaceful community located just two miles west of Beaver Creek, features both condominiums and private homes. Condominiums are located within 250 yards of the Arrowhead ski lift (premium and deluxe condominiums are less than a five-minute walk to the ski lift). Private homes are either walking distance or a short (up to 1 mile) shuttle ride to the lift. Arrowhead Village offers a community pool, hot tubs, outdoor fire pit (winter only), restaurant (winter only) and other amenities. Arrowhead Village is great for families who want to eat in several nights a week or let their children explore the resort in a safe and friendly environment.
