The residence has detached garage parking, a spacious 3-bedroom floor plan, and a wood-burning fireplace. Walking in the front door you’ll find yourself in the ski hall where you can store your gear and heat boots with the boot warmers. From this hall, you'll access the Highlands Skiway. This main floor also features the living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a large smart flat-screen TV and patio access with gas grill. In addition, the kitchen with beautiful dark granite countertops, updated appliances and breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area has seating for up to 8 guests. Head up the stairs to all 3 bedrooms. This home is ski-in, shuttle out and within walking distance of Beaver Creek Village.

Falcon Lodge is a 4,500 sq ft home featuring 6 bedrooms and 6.5 baths, all tastefully decorated. Three separate a living rooms plus a large stone wood-burning fireplace provide plenty of space for a large group to spread out. The gourmet kitchen offers a Thermador gas range and stove, Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, trash compactor and is fully stocked with all utensils and cookware. A dining area has room to seat 16 guests.
