At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The Aquatics Center features an adult pool, kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. The resort also features a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town where you will find dining, shopping and nightlife.

Chalet du Soleil is a magnificent example of a luxurious Colorado mountain ski home with a distinctive European provincial flair. This luxury 8,700 square foot home has 8 bedrooms and 6.5 baths and sits on a private 2.5 acre lot in the exclusive Shock Hill subdivision. You can walk from the chalet to the mid-station Shock Hill gondola stop in 6 minutes and there are Nordic trails right off the back of the home. The main living level has an open floor plan, a wood-burning fireplace, and views of Peak 8. The expansive deck off the living area has a gas grill. On the top level, the king-bedded master bedroom suite has a fireplace and private deck with 2-person private hot tub. A second larger hot tub is located on the lower level patio. Also on the lower level is a den with fireplace, theater room, a second kitchen, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-bay heated garage round out this beautiful home’s amenities.

Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.
