One Ski Hill Place

This incredible ski in ski out resort, One Ski Hill Place, is situated at the base of Peak 8. These luxurious condominiums are steps from the Gondola to get you to the slopes or right into town. You can enjoy the convenience of your own ski locker and ski valet and walk right out to access four ski lifts! At One Ski Hill Place you can lounge in the lobby which features a large, three-sided fireplace or relax in the grand piano living room while looking out onto the ski slopes. The outdoor plaza seats up to 300 guests with a heated deck and fireplace. The Aquatics Center features an adult pool, kids’ pool with a gradual sloping entry, indoor hot tub, outdoor hot tub with a fire pit, sauna and steam room. After a day on the slopes, roll a few games at the two-lane bowling alley or visit the Rejuvenation Center for a soothing massage. The resort also features a free shuttle that will take you anywhere in town where you will find dining, shopping and nightlife.

Grand Vista Lodge

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. With a modern mountain design offering the height of sophistication, guests will love the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

Cawha Outlook Chalet

Cawha Outlook Chalet, located near Peak 8, offers 4,447 square feet of luxurious living. This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home boasts a gorgeous great room with high ceilings, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors and Douglas fir beams throughout to give it an elegant and rustic feel. Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. The home features a contemporary mountain design with beautiful mountain views and tons of amenities. The open floor plan living area has huge windows and gas fireplace, and is a perfect place for gathering after skiing, as is the expanded lower patio with its fire pit, hot tub, outdoor speakers and spectacular views.
