The Ski Classic Lodge has 8 bedrooms and 8 baths in 7,200 square feet. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub, a theater room, recreation room with billiards table, two steam showers, laundry facilities, two gas fireplaces, antique ski equipment and décor throughout the home, including an original 1967 Vail Gondola Car in the great room. There is a 3-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are required for the driveway during winter months.

This luxury 8,700 square foot home has 8 bedrooms and 6.5 baths and sits on a private 2.5 acre lot in the exclusive Shock Hill subdivision. You can walk from the chalet to the mid-station Shock Hill gondola stop in 6 minutes and there are Nordic trails right off the back of the home. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.
