There are two dining tables that will comfortably seat fourteen guests making this a great home for hosting a large group. The fully equipped professional kitchen provides an inviting setting for a creative chef to prepare delicious meals with granite slab countertops and top-of-the-line stainless appliances. A gas grill awaits the grill master on the main deck when outdoor dining beckons. The lower level of this home offers a spectacular living space including a family room with a large sectional, gas fireplace, flat screen TV with cable and Blu-ray DVD player, a perfect hang out spot for the kids with the bunk bedroom conveniently close by. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Cawha Outlook Chalet, located near Peak 8, offers 4,447 square feet of luxurious living. This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home boasts a gorgeous great room with high ceilings, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors and Douglas fir beams throughout to give it an elegant and rustic feel. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. The open dining area is surrounded by windows that showcase the spectacular mountain views. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy while taking in the amazing views of Baldy Mountain during the summer months. After a big day of activities, relax and unwind in your own private hot tub located on the lower level patio. Cawha Outlook Chalet is located approximately 300 yards from the 4 O’clock Ski Run. The nearest Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop is approximately 5 blocks away on Ski Hill Rd. Evergreen Lodge is a classic style mountain home offering lots of natural sunlight and Peak 8 ski area views framed by huge windows. The home has an open floor plan and a main floor master bedroom.
