Just three miles from Breckenridge’s Main Street, this townhome offers plenty of space, peace and quiet, and beautiful mountain views which can be enjoyed from all three levels. Take in the fresh mountain air on the private deck just off the living room. Soak in your private six-person outdoor hot tub on the ground floor. Other amenities include a full sized washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a two car garage. This home also has access to the neighborhood Highland Greens shuttle that runs on a scheduled route.

An open floor plan creates an easy flow on the main level between the living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room has walk out access to the deck, floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and a stone gas fireplace for warmth and coziness. In the kitchen everything is top of the line, including double ovens, granite counters and stainless steel appliances, that make cooking fun and easy. For those grabbing a quick meal before hitting the slopes, there is additional bar seating for four at the center island. Four bedrooms each offer their own baths and a total of six beds. In the master suite you’ll find floor to ceiling windows, stone gas fireplace, king bed and seating area. The adjoining en suite is spacious with his and hers vanities, Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and stone tile work. The second and third guest rooms each offer queen beds. Prepare to be inspired by the beautiful views of the Ten Mile Range from The Black Bear Lodge. This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath house features high ceilings and large windows, bringing in natural light along with the lovely natural scenery. Take it all in from your private hot tub, and enjoy a barbeque on your wrap-around deck. The home has 3 levels, with the main level featuring a gorgeous kitchen with all the essentials for preparing a feast. The living room with gas fireplace and deck are on this floor as well. This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.
