With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub on the master bedroom deck, a stackable washer/dryer, wood-burning fireplace in the living room, gas fireplace in the family room, private garage, and high-speed internet. The home sleeps up to 12 people, with one king bed, three queen beds and two sets of bunk beds. The shuttle to downtown Breckenridge stops about a 3 minute walk away.

Shekel Haus’ master suite is located on the upper level and has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private deck with mountain views and an ensuite bath. The master bath’s walk-in shower features dual shower heads. The full bedroom has a full-size bed and flat-screen TV with access to a shared bath with the twin room featuring two twin beds. The bunk room is furnished with a captain’s bunk and offers a shared bath. Amenities at Shekel Haus include a full-size washer and dryer, large two-car garage, Internet and more. An all-wheel or four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended, as Shekel Haus is a mile from the nearest shuttle stop.
