This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.

Located in a quiet subdivision at the south end of Breckenridge, Warrior's Mark townhomes are about one mile from shopping, dining, and nightlife on Main Street and one mile from the Breckenridge Ski Area. There is no shuttle service available so guests must have their own car. Unwind in your private hot tub after a full day of exploring the Colorado Rockies. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.

The Highland Hideaway is a three bedroom townhome nestled in the Highland Greens neighborhood just off Tiger Road. It is conveniently located within minutes of everything that brought you to Colorado’s Rocky Mountains and Breckenridge. Just three miles from Breckenridge’s Main Street, this townhome offers plenty of space, peace and quiet, and beautiful mountain views which can be enjoyed from all three levels. Take in the fresh mountain air on the private deck just off the living room. Soak in your private six-person outdoor hot tub on the ground floor. Other amenities include a full sized washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and a two car garage. This home also has access to the neighborhood Highland Greens shuttle that runs on a scheduled route.

On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. In the open kitchen you’ll find an island with bar seating, wood cabinetry and plenty of counter space to have multiple cooks working at once. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.

This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home boasts a gorgeous great room with high ceilings, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors and Douglas fir beams throughout to give it an elegant and rustic feel. Cawha Outlook Chalet is located approximately 300 yards from the 4 O’clock Ski Run. The nearest Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop is approximately 5 blocks away on Ski Hill Rd. During winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
