Just a short drive from Breckenridge's Main Street and the ski lifts, the Snowshoe Lodge, a 4 bedroom, rustic log home, offers the perfect mountain getaway. The property's wide-open pasture offers a serene setting as well as possible wildlife viewing area. The spacious living room features a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and tile floors, and a breakfast bar with seating for six. If you have a large group or family, not to worry, the dining area can seat up to eight. Upstairs is a loft right off the master bedroom that can be used as an additional room for relaxation and reading or a kid's play room. The spacious master bedroom is right off the loft and has a king-sized bed and plenty of windows. The lower level of Snowshoe Lodge has a large bunk room with two Captain's bunks (extended twin over queen), its own bath and a flat-screen TV, making it a perfect room for the kids. Upon arriving, guests are greeted with a lovely entryway that flows into the uniquely furnished great room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with granite island and stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats seven, and the nearby bar accommodates three more guests at bar stools. Upstairs, the game room has a flat-screen TV, Wii gaming system and full-size pool table. An all-wheel or four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended, as Shekel Haus is a mile from the nearest shuttle stop.

This vintage Peak 7 cabin is located 1.5 miles to Main Street. It has a full kitchen, woodstove and large projection TV in the living room, and gas fireplace in the den. Look for wildlife from the large deck (moose are often down at the small pond behind the house). Everyone enjoys the pool table and ping-pong table downstairs in the den. It has also has a full-sized washer and dryer. You will need front-wheel or all-wheel drive in winter to easily reach this home.
