10 Southface

10 Southface is a private home with fantastic, panoramic, Ten Mile Range and ski area views. It is the perfect blend of a classic Colorado log home complimented by a chic and sleek updated kitchen and bathrooms. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, backs to 7+ acres of open space and offers great summer hiking and winter snowshoe trails. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Baldy Mountain, you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. This home has a wonderful peaceful Zen feeling; come home, sit on your deck, and enjoy the best that Breckenridge has to offer. Amenities include a private outdoor hot tub on the master bedroom deck, a stackable washer/dryer, wood-burning fireplace in the living room, gas fireplace in the family room, private garage, and high-speed internet. The home sleeps up to 12 people, with one king bed, three queen beds and two sets of bunk beds. The shuttle to downtown Breckenridge stops about a 3 minute walk away.

Warriors Mark Townhomes

Located in a quiet subdivision at the south end of Breckenridge, Warrior's Mark townhomes are about one mile from shopping, dining, and nightlife on Main Street and one mile from the Breckenridge Ski Area. There is no shuttle service available so guests must have their own car. Unwind in your private hot tub after a full day of exploring the Colorado Rockies. Each unit has a private garage, fully-equipped kitchen, and fireplace.

Lone Hand Lodge

Completed with luxury finishes and top of the line amenities, Lone Hand Lodge exemplifies casual elegance and comfort. An open floor plan creates an easy flow on the main level between the living, dining and kitchen areas. The living room has walk out access to the deck, floor to ceiling windows, vaulted ceilings and a stone gas fireplace for warmth and coziness. The adjoining dining area has seating for 10 at a cherry wood table, a second door leading out to the deck and a wall of windows framing stunning mountain views. For those grabbing a quick meal before hitting the slopes, there is additional bar seating for four at the center island. Four bedrooms each offer their own baths and a total of six beds. In the master suite you’ll find floor to ceiling windows, stone gas fireplace, king bed and seating area. The adjoining en suite is spacious with his and hers vanities, Jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and stone tile work. The second and third guest rooms each offer queen beds. The fourth has bunk beds and futon. Downstairs has an second living space perfect for late night movies with leather couches, stone gas fireplace, TV and mini kitchenette with a microwave for making popcorn. Outside is a spacious terrace with a private hot tub and elevated deck with a gas grill. Located in the Peak 7 area, the lodge is only minutes from Breckenridge Ski Resort and downtown Main Street with all the best shopping, dining and entertainment.

Cloud Peak Vista is a five star home built into the hillside in the Peak Seven Area of Breckenridge. The home is a mere five minute drive to the Peak Seven Base Area and a 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge. Cloud Peak Vista offers incredible mountain views of both the Continental Divide and the Ten Mile Range. Cloud Peak Vista is a 3 level 5 Bedroom home.

The large deck off the living area has a great hot tub to relax in, looking out at the trees. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.

Elk Trail House

A classic log cabin, Elk Trail House is reminiscent of the set of a classic Western film placed in the Rocky Mountains. Filled with character and charm, this home offers three bedrooms, private loft and three baths. On the main level is a spacious great room featuring vaulted ceilings, rustic stone fireplace and massive floor to ceiling windows that flood the space with natural sunlight. The living area has two leather sofas and a flat screen TV set above the fireplace. The adjoining dining area has seating for six and looks out to spectacular views of the peaks of Breckenridge Resort. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.
