This property provides quick ski access with the BreckConnect Gondola and Peak 8 nearby. Guests will love the beautiful accommodations, cozy fireplace in the living area, and the private backyard with a firepit and grill.

Cypress Mountain Chalet, located in the prestigious Highlands of Breckenridge neighborhood, is an elegant Colorado-style chalet, 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge. Its 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths have a decidedly European feel. The great room features floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and access to the expansive deck. The lower level patio, off the den, contains the private outdoor hot tub. Upstairs is a private loft space with two twins, one queen and an adjoining bathroom. The master suite has a queen bed and spacious en suite with dual vanities and a soaker tub. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, one with a queen and the second with a captain’s bunk (twin above full). Between both rooms is a shared bath. Also downstairs is a pool table, dartboard and Sega video gaming system in the game room. Surrounding the home are beautiful aspen pines and exquisite views of Peaks 6, 7 and 8. Located three miles from the base of Breckenridge’s Peak 8, the slopes are just a few short minutes away. During the winter, four wheel drive vehicles are required.
