Evergreen Lodge is a classic style mountain home offering lots of natural sunlight and Peak 8 ski area views framed by huge windows. The home has an open floor plan and a main floor master bedroom. The large deck off the living area has a great hot tub to relax in, looking out at the trees. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.

Located two short blocks from the center of downtown Breckenridge, this townhome (and its private deck and hot tub) offers in-town convenience as well as spectacular views of the ski area. To get to the ski area, skiers and snowboarders can hop on the free town bus just across the street or simply walk a few blocks to the gondola.
