With 3 bedrooms and 4.5 baths, this home can comfortably sleep 8 people. There are 2 king bedroom suites and a twin bedroom with 2 extra long twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa located on the loft for additional sleeping space.

Mark IX condominiums are located 3/4 Mile from Main Street with a Summit Stage stop at the end of the driveway. Units feature a full kitchen, wood fireplace, flat screen televisions, and wireless internet. The complex also features a communal laundry room.
