Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

Powder Ridge provides affordable 3 bedroom plus loft condominiums perfect for a family or group of friends. Units feature full kitchens, living and dining room areas, and large patios or decks with wilderness views. Additional amenities include heated underground parking, located near the shuttle stop for easy access to the slopes, but the town park is right next door and if you’re headed down town it’s only a short walk.
