To get to the ski area, skiers and snowboarders can hop on the free town bus just across the street or simply walk a few blocks to the gondola. They are also located less than a 5 minute walk to the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge. In the summer, venture just behind the complex and find some of the best fly fishing and most beautiful hiking trails in Breckenridge.

Evergreen Lodge is a classic style mountain home offering lots of natural sunlight and Peak 8 ski area views framed by huge windows. The home has an open floor plan and a main floor master bedroom.
