Located in the Historic District the Victorian Gables townhomes are just steps to the Breckenridge Free Ride Shuttle Stop with a short walk to Historic Main Street. They are also within walking distance to Carter Park where there is a sledding hill in the winter as well as a year-round playground. Townhomes features all the comforts of home with Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer and a private garage. The Victorian theme of Breckenridge is present in these townhomes, all featuring bay windows and Victorian accents.

Located on the South side of Breckenridge just a five to seven minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area, the Quicksilver Super Chair, Historic Main Street and one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, sits the Christiana Townhomes. Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.
