Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

To get to the ski area, skiers and snowboarders can hop on the free town bus just across the street or simply walk a few blocks to the gondola. The large deck off the living area has a great hot tub to relax in, looking out at the trees. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.

Located on the South side of Breckenridge just a five to seven minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area, the Quicksilver Super Chair, Historic Main Street and one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, sits the Christiana Townhomes. Units feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces and private decks with BBQs. The complex features on site laundry facilities. Guests to the Christiana Townhomes have seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with a seasonal outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor over-sized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture.
