Additional amenities include heated underground parking, located near the shuttle stop for easy access to the slopes, but the town park is right next door and if you’re headed down town it’s only a short walk.

Evergreen Lodge is a classic style mountain home offering lots of natural sunlight and Peak 8 ski area views framed by huge windows. The home has an open floor plan and a main floor master bedroom. The large deck off the living area has a great hot tub to relax in, looking out at the trees. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.

Enjoy Breckenridge year round in the perfect location- Eagle Ridge Town Home #2. At a generous 2300 square feet, this incredibly spacious 2 bedrooms plus loft town home can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. Eagle Ridge is right in town and only a short walk to all Main St has to offer or catch the convenient free shuttle bus for a ride to the slopes. This town home features a 2 car garage, two large and sunny decks with private hot tub overlooking the river and a partial view of the ski area, and a large open space directly across the street for the kids to play in.

Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

Located in a quiet subdivision at the south end of Breckenridge, Warrior's Mark townhomes are about one mile from shopping, dining, and nightlife on Main Street and one mile from the Breckenridge Ski Area. There is no shuttle service available so guests must have their own car. Unwind in your private hot tub after a full day of exploring the Colorado Rockies.
