Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

The Tannenbaum by the River Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area along the Blue River, a year-round mountain stream. These bright and spacious units offer some of the most incredible mountain views from large picture windows encompassing an entire wall of the living area. But breathtaking views aren't the only feature that these comfy condos offer.
