Lofty Fox is a grand Breckenridge townhome nestled in the woods near Baldy Mountain. This property can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. Take in stunning views of the Ten Mile Range and enjoy luxurious amenities throughout. There is plenty of space for families and friends alike. The Great Room, Gourmet Kitchen and Dining Room with double-sided fireplace are all on the main level. The upper level is home to the den, complete with flat screen TV and gas fireplace.

Evergreen Lodge is a classic style mountain home offering lots of natural sunlight and Peak 8 ski area views framed by huge windows. The home has an open floor plan and a main floor master bedroom. The large deck off the living area has a great hot tub to relax in, looking out at the trees. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. It’s an easy 7 minute drive to downtown Breckenridge.

Located on the South side of Breckenridge just a five to seven minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area, the Quicksilver Super Chair, Historic Main Street and one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop, sits the Christiana Townhomes. Units feature full kitchens, gas fireplaces and private decks with BBQs. The complex features on site laundry facilities. Guests to the Christiana Townhomes have seasonal access to the Columbine Recreation Center with a seasonal outdoor heated pool, indoor and outdoor over-sized hot tubs, shower rooms and a summer patio with outdoor furniture.

Alpine Majesty is a beautiful 6,500 square foot 5 bedroom 5 bath home laid out over five levels. It has a gorgeous great room with exposed log beams, a stone fireplace and beautiful hickory floors, a large kitchen with Viking and GE Monogram appliances, and a separate dining room. Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.
