Spruce Ledge Townhomes

These stunning townhomes in the exclusive Shock Hill neighborhood sit just steps away from the BreckConnect Gondola mid-load station and boast stunning Tenmile Range views. Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. The home features a contemporary mountain design with beautiful mountain views and tons of amenities. The open floor plan living area has huge windows and gas fireplace, and is a perfect place for gathering after skiing, as is the expanded lower patio with its fire pit, hot tub, outdoor speakers and spectacular views. The deck off the upstairs dining area also has outdoor speakers as well as a gas grill. The master bedroom features a king bed, gas fireplace, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.

The Mainridge Townhomes are located directly across Main Street from Main Street Station, The Village at Breckenridge and the Base Area of Peak 9. Just below the complex is the well-known Blue Moose Restaurant (one of the best breakfast spots in Breckenridge) and just to the south is the Breckenridge Brewery. Shopping, groceries, and nightlife are all just steps away. Townhome amenities include a gas fireplace, private deck, wireless internet, and washer/dryer.

Snowflake Lookout

They are also within walking distance to Carter Park where there is a sledding hill in the winter as well as a year-round playground.
