Advanced skiers are able to access the ski resort via the Burro Trail (located just one block from the home, conditions permitting). When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main St. Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are four bedrooms including a master king suite, a master queen suite, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. The open dining area is surrounded by windows that showcase the spectacular mountain views. During winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.

Rocky Mountain Lodge is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the exclusive Northwoods area on Peak 8. It was built in 2014 on a pine tree-filled lot. You can walk to the ski slopes in 7 minutes or walk to the free Peak 8 shuttle in 5 minutes. Rocky Mountain Lodge is a spectacular vacation home with an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and deck off the dining area with a gas grill. The lower level patio has a private outdoor hot tub and gas fire pit. A full laundry room and 2-car garage complete the amenities here.

Tannenbaum Condominiums are nestled in a wooded area, just a short stroll from the Quicksilver SuperChair at the Peak 9 Base Area and the south end of downtown Breckenridge. Located on High Street a few blocks east of town with an easy walk to Main Street with its bustling nightlife, restaurants and shopping. In summer there is off road trail access to the many hiking trails in and around Breckenridge. For skiers you can wall one block to the free skier shuttle or drive 3 minutes to the gondola parking lot 1/2 a mile away. Winter or summer Raven’s Bungalow is at the center of activities while providing a private location with mature trees for your Breckenridge vacation. Raven’s Bungalow is connected to the 6 bedroom Raven’s Call Chalet, which can also be rented.

The Mountaineer Townhomes are situated in the Tyra Subdivision just above the Snowflake Lift, one block to the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle stop and 4.5 blocks to Historic Main Street. These multi-level townhome offers beautiful mountain and downtown views with a mountain stream running just behind the property.
