The Gold Camp II Condominiums are an economical choice, about a half mile from the Peak 8 Ski Area Base. It’s just a short walk to where the free shuttle bus picks up and will whisk you to either to the slopes or town. The complex has a shared hot tub and sauna for your enjoyment as well.

It is the perfect blend of a classic Colorado log home complimented by a chic and sleek updated kitchen and bathrooms. This home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, backs to 7+ acres of open space and offers great summer hiking and winter snowshoe trails. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood atop Baldy Mountain, you will find the perfect spot to relax and unwind with endless activities right outside your door. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths. There is plenty of space to relax in with two living/family rooms. Relax in the hot tub with its stellar views and then take a steam shower to further unwind after a day full of activity. Rocky Mountain Lodge is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home in the exclusive Northwoods area on Peak 8. It was built in 2014 on a pine tree-filled lot. You can walk to the ski slopes in 7 minutes or walk to the free Peak 8 shuttle in 5 minutes. Rocky Mountain Lodge is a spectacular vacation home with an open floor plan, gourmet kitchen, and deck off the dining area with a gas grill. The lower level patio has a private outdoor hot tub and gas fire pit. A full laundry room and 2-car garage complete the amenities here.
