You can walk to the Nordic Center for cross-country skiing, and walk to a shuttle stop for the short trip to Peak 8. There is also a 2-bay garage in case you have a rental car (4-wheel drive is recommended). Outdoors there is a deck with private outdoor hot tub, gas grill, and fire table. Indoors, the great room opens to the dining area and kitchen. The master bedroom has a private deck, and laundry facilities are included.

When accessing these trails you are outside of the ski resort boundary for a short time - these areas are not maintained or patrolled and should only be skied at your own risk. The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. Main St. Breckenridge is less than two miles away where guests can enjoy shopping, dining, nightlife and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are four bedrooms including a master king suite, a master queen suite, a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom. The fully stocked island kitchen features custom cabinetry, polished granite counters and Thermador stainless steel appliances, all designed to make meal preparation enjoyable and easy. After an evening of fun in downtown Breckenridge, spend some time relaxing in the outdoor hot tub surrounded by nature. This house is equipped with TVs in every bedroom, laundry facilities and a grill on the balcony. Please note that a 4-wheel drive vehicle is strongly recommended for winter driving.
