The trail is also great for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and hiking. With easy access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, ¾ of a mile away, and cross-country, hiking and biking trails right out the door, this is the perfect property any time of year. 10 Southface offers five bedrooms and 3.5 baths.
