Abode at the Ridge is a cozy town house located in the prestigious Silver Lake Village of Upper Deer Valley. The house is multi level, and is approximately 3800 square feet in size. The main level consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room, and the second bedroom. The kitchen adjoins the dining area, with a 2-way fireplace separating it from the living room, and a deck outside with private hot tub runs the length of the house from the kitchen back to the living room. Up ½ level is the third bedroom, and one more ½ flight up is the master bedroom suite. The main level, which is up two short flights of stairs, has an open concept family room and kitchen. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Behind the kitchen is the dining room with seating for 6, and a living room with a wood-burning fireplace with gas assist. These rooms have access to a wrap-around deck, with great lake and mountain views. The condo has a 2-car garage and laundry room. There is a community pool and hot tub, open summer and winter only. The free City Bus stops about 2 blocks away.
