Complimentary in-town transportation, provided by Cadillac, offers access to the resort and Park City’s Historic Main Street.

Located in Upper Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village, Abode at Black Bear is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo, with full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and your own private hot tub on the deck. Black Bear Lodge is located across the street from the Silver Lake Village base area, a few hundred yards from the ski slopes. Silver Lake Village has several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Comstock Lodge’s fantastic location, ¼ of a mile from Deer Valley’s Snow Park Lodge, is convenient and affords beautiful mountain views. This property is close to everything yet provides privacy and serenity for families and executive groups alike. This traditional log-constructed condominium lodge is in the Snow Park base area of Deer Valley Resort. Nestled in the magnificent Empire Pass community of Deer Valley Resort, Arrowleaf condos offer true ski-in/ski-out access. At Arrowleaf, beautiful mountain views provide a phenomenal back drop for a picturesque ski vacation or gathering of any kind. All condos are equipped with a gourmet kitchen and gas fireplace. The Arrowleaf condos offer amenities such as private ski lockers, heated underground parking garages and a game room where vacationers often gather for pool games and socializing. Guests are encouraged to take advantage of the two outdoor hot tubs and fire pit after a long and exciting day on the slopes.

Located at the bottom of the Silver Strike Express chairlift, the Tower Club Residences offers premium condominiums with spectacular mountain views. These one- to four-bedroom units offer modern living space and high end furnishings. The Tower has easy access ski lockers, ski-in/ski-out access, heated pool and spa, fitness center, full restaurant and kids area.

The Boulder Creek Condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley, between Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort, with easy access to the free bus. Deer Valley Resort and Park City Main Street are both a quick two minute bus ride away. This recently redecorated and upgraded condo is very spacious, approximately 1700 square feet, with log and wood trim throughout with an abundance of natural light. Boulder Creek is three levels: the master bedroom suite is upstairs, the kitchen, living room, dining area and the second bedroom are on the main level, and the third bedroom is downstairs. The private, outdoor hot tub is located on the deck nestled against the wooded hillside, accessed through the master bedroom. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a gas fireplace, 42" flat-screen HDTV, DVD, CD stereo, a full size sofa sleeper and adjoins the kitchen/dining area. The kitchen contains brand new stainless steel appliances, granite counters and tile flooring. There is also a gas BBQ grill on deck off dining room. The dining room has seating for six people with three barstools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom has a king bed, vaulted ceilings with a fan, flat-screen TV and a spacious bathroom outside bedroom door with a double vanity and jetted tub. The second bedroom contains a queen bed, a twin daybed, flat-screen TV and an adjoining bathroom. The third bedroom has two twin bed and an adjoining bathroom. Other amenities include a hot tub for winter use only, a brand new washer and dryer, an attached garage, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The Courchevel condominiums are conveniently located in the Snow Park area of Deer Valley Resort, within short walking distance to the lifts and right on the free bus route.
