Located in Upper Deer Valley’s Silver Lake Village, Abode at Black Bear is a 2 bedroom, 3 bath condo, with full kitchen, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and your own private hot tub on the deck. Black Bear Lodge is located across the street from the Silver Lake Village base area, a few hundred yards from the ski slopes. Silver Lake Village has several restaurants and shops within walking distance.

For large groups and families, this is the vacation home for you. With miraculous hard wood floors and vaulted ceilings, this six-bedroom home does not disappoint. The home is equipped with four full baths, two three-quarter baths, and a small half bath. The spacious deck is perfect for star-gazing or an evening party equipped with an electric space heater. Located in lower Deer Valley Resort, complimentary transportation is available to and from town and the ski slopes. The home also features a home office, private garage, and stone fireplaces. The outdoor hot tub is another favorite of the house.

3135 Thistle is the ultimate mountain retreat, offering luxurious accommodations and ample space with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Located in the Nordic Village neighborhood of Deer Valley, in the Snow Park area, this luxurious private home is quite spacious and has unobstructed views in the winter of the ski runs and surrounding mountains. The house is multi level, and is approximately 3800 square feet in size. The main level consists of the kitchen, living room, dining room, and the second bedroom. The kitchen adjoins the dining area, with a 2-way fireplace separating it from the living room, and a deck outside with private hot tub runs the length of the house from the kitchen back to the living room. Up ½ level is the third bedroom, and one more ½ flight up is the master bedroom suite. Down ½ flight from the main level is the fourth bedroom, and the family room and fifth bedroom are on the lower level, as is a sauna.

The Abode in Solamere is a 3 bedroom plus den, 3.5 bath upscale home in Lower Deer Valley. The home is great for a family or a group of friends, with two queen-size beds and one set of twin beds. It’s on the shuttle route with easy access to Snow Park Lodge at the base of Deer Valley.
