Situated just off the primary access road, you'll be immersed in the vibrant heart of Killington and its attractions. The condo provides generous space for your group to unwind and connect after a thrilling day on the slopes. Upon entering the main level, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room featuring a wood-burning fireplace and deck, a well-appointed kitchen, a welcoming dining area, a full bathroom, and a convenient laundry room. Venture upstairs to find an additional bathroom and three comfortably furnished bedrooms, including one with bunk beds, another with a queen bed, and a third with a king bed. Your unforgettable vacation experience awaits you here!

The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall. The outdoor patio in front of the Great Room is a great place to relax in front of one of our fire tables. You will not forget your stay at The Birch Ridge!
