The master bedroom and the second bedroom has a queen sized bed and the third has a 2 twin size beds. A Sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep a total of 8 guests. Enjoy the large open concept living space, with plenty of room to lounge and relax. Hot Tub with seating for 7 and 90 jets , which includes foot jets and 14 jet turbo blaster. Includes a digital control panel for jets, temperature and lighting, an adjustable waterfall, underwater, multi-color LED light.

The Birch Ridge is available for your group or family to rent as one entire ski lodge. In addition to the rooms, you'll have full run of the house which includes an amazing renovated A-frame Great Room with lounge & bar, dining room with pool table, large entryway & sitting area with games & flat screen TV. One additional half bathroom completes the property. The commercial kitchen is available for guests, or you may hire a private chef for your stay & they can takeover the kitchen & dining room too! Located right on the main road in Killington, you're 1.6 miles to the base & can walk to the Sunup bakery for breakfast or The Wobbly Barn for dinner & nightlife. You can even catch the shuttle to the mountain on the main road! The charming covered carriageway makes this a true Vermont experience & doubles as a place to park your cars in the event of a snowstorm! Two large outdoor hot tubs are available for soaking your sore muscles after a day on the slopes. Our event space next to the property is a tented area with tables and chairs and available to rent separately during the spring, summer and fall.
