Our wonderful three-bedroom two-bathroom home is located in the mountains of Pittsfield, Vermont - a postcard Vermont town. Hawk Landing is surrounded by lush woods, offering a perfect getaway for families and small groups. This family home offers a European/Middle Eastern feel combined in a Vermont rustic chalet. Enjoy the wood-burning fieldstone fireplace while lounging or dining in the open living and dining areas with Cathedral ceilings. When visiting us in the Summer months enjoy grilling on the large deck overlooking the beautiful backyard. Take advantage of the exclusive access to a private swimming pond. Pittsfield borders the Green Mountain National Forest making for easy access to mountain biking, hiking, and the VAST snowmobile trails. Don't forget your four-legged family member is more than welcome to join you during your time away as this property is pet-friendly (prior approval required).

Featuring a renovated ground floor and unrenovated ski-house style upstairs, you'll have exclusive access to three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen, dining area and outdoor hot tub (optional setup fee applies mid-March to mid-December). Your group will have plenty of room to relax after a day on the slopes or enjoying the many outdoor activities in the area. On the main floor you'll find a queen bedroom, full bathroom, living room with balcony and fireplace, dining area and kitchen. Head up the stairs to the second floor and you'll find the primary bedroom, bathroom and bunk room. There will be plenty of space for your group to spread out and enjoy the fire or views. The condo is fully equipped with kitchenware, appliances, dinnerware, washer/dryer, flat screen TV with streaming services and fireplace. The deck is the perfect place to take in the mountain views in any season.
