All have slopeside access in winter. Amenities include: meeting and banquet facilities, immediate mountain access, in-house ski and snowboard rental shop and complimentary town shuttle.

Sherwin Villas is located in the center of town on the corner of Meridian Blvd. and Old Mammoth Rd. Vons, Starbucks and many more shops and restaurants are right across the street from the complex, as well as the Mammoth Lakes movie theater! The free winter shuttle service to the mountain is located right in front of the complex. Mammoth Mountain is a short five and a half miles drive and there you can enjoy an eventful afternoon skiing, snowboarding, and more! The renowned Yosemite National Park is 40 miles west and it’s a must-see!

Chateau Blanc has some of our largest "family home" condominiums. These units have well equipped kitchens as well as large living areas.
