Obsidian is a gated community, located in the center of town, boasting total privacy and security. The club house has an indoor pool, spa, exercise center, game room, built-in barbecue, patio area, and play area for kids. The club offers a regular shuttle service to the ski lifts available via the concierge desk, or there is also a shuttle stop located right outside the gates offering the convenience to get anywhere in town within minutes. On the way to the lakes basin, Discovery 4 is a great location for downhill skiing, cross country skiing and fishing in the summer. This property offers movie rentals and a recreation room for the kids. It has a wonderful, large spa, sauna and a lovely pool in the summer.

Graystone at Sierra Star is one of Mammoth's newest residential subdivisions located on the 16th fairway of the Sierra Star championship golf course.
