Juniper Springs Lodge is your perfect basecamp for any Mammoth adventure; this family-friendly resort delivers all the comforts of home with ski-in, ski-out convenience. The Eagle base lodge next door delivers all your ski resort needs, and in the warmer months you can hit the links at the Sierra Star Golf Course just out your door. Amenities include Wi-Fi, fitness centers, heated pools, hot tubs, game and media room, summer bike rentals and complimentary airport and town shuttle service.

The Mammoth Mountain Inn is a great place to base your vacation if you want to wake up on the mountain itself. Stay in a craftsman style condominium or suite. The Inn is comprised of three buildings. All have slopeside access in winter. Amenities include: meeting and banquet facilities, immediate mountain access, in-house ski and snowboard rental shop and complimentary town shuttle.

Surrounded by towering pines and dramatic snow capped white mountains yet steps from the vibrant Village at Mammoth, this enviable location provides convenient access to the high-speed gondola that goes straight up the mountain. It's as if the town was built for your personal convenience and Mammoth Sierra Townhomes was built for your personal comfort. These modern large townhouses are within a block of the grocery store, restaurants, shopping, movies and more. No need to chauffeur the teenagers all over town, they're just a block to pizza and video games! So you can relax in front of a roaring fire. This property offers a swimming pool, two spas, sauna, and laundry facilities. Parking is available right in front of the units. Hop on one of two free winter shuttles in the area and off you go to a fun filled day of skiing! This complex is an ideal choice for group reservations.

Located walking distance to The Village, and less than a mile to Canyon Lodge, the Lakeview Villas complex is perfectly located for Summer or Winter activities. The complex features a year-round hot tub, sauna, and gas grills open to the public in the Summer months. While not on the mountain, you can enjoy the public recreation room complete with a foosball, ping pong, and pool table. You will never be bored! The complex is also located on the Blue shuttle line and has laundry facilities for your use.

Mammoth Creek condos are located right along Mammoth Creek and are across the street from the Snowcreek Golf Course. The Sherwin Mountains, Mammoth Mountain and the pristine meadows provide breathtaking views. IN WINTER you are 5 minutes away from skiing on famed Mammoth Mountain or you may choose to Cross Country Ski, Snowmobile, Snowboard or go for a Bobsled ride. All of these activities along with a variety of shopping and dining experiences are accessible via the free shuttle bus service. IN SUMMER you can fish from the creek, play golf at the Snowcreek or Sierra Star Golf Course, hike, swim in our heated pool

This modern, upgraded 1 bedroom + loft, 2 bathroom condo offers the best location and convenience, being walking distance to Canyon Lodge. Located off Canyon Blvd at the St. Anton complex you are just steps away from the chair lifts at Canyon Lodge that offers full Mountain services, approximately 110 yards from Chair 7. Once you park your vehicle in the covered underground parking, you won't need it again! The Austria Hof is located across the street offering dining options with a bar and restaurant menu and one of the best Happy Hours in town!

Outside, you'll love relaxing in the shared hot tub, soothing your muscles as you look out at gorgeous views of trees as far as the eye can see. There's also a shared swimming pool that the kids are sure to love and a sauna for your use. Coin-operated laundry facilities are available so you can wash your swimsuits and towels (or any clothes you choose) with ease. Plenty of community amenities are available here, from a pool table to a Ping-Pong table. There's even an arcade racing game in the rec room. Outside, you'll find shared seasonal gas grills and picnic benches are perfect for barbecuing and hanging out with your whole group in the summer, and tennis courts are great for keeping up on your workout game. Mammoth Lakes is the perfect place to get outdoors! From your doorstep, it's only a short distance to the ski bus to get up to Mammoth Mountain for downhill skiing. Of course, winter isn't the only time to visit! In the summer, hikers and fishers flock to the lakes for the chance to experience the great outdoors in one of the most beautiful times of the year.

Juniper Ridge is a private enclave of large, upscale residences located on Mammoth Mountain. These properties offer exclusive ski-in, ski-out access to Mammoth Mountain via Eagle Express. Skiers and boarders ride down to the chairlifts from Juniper Ridge, while enjoying views over the top of Mammoth Lakes all the way to the White mountains. Most of these large homes are suitable for multiple families, and include pet friendly options...some even have private Jacuzzi's! Juniper Ridge is one of only a few areas in Mammoth where local zoning permits the nightly rental of single family homes. Guests enjoy much more space and privacy, and the convenience of true ski-in, ski-out access to Mammoth Mountain.

Meadow Ridge is conveniently close to Mammoth Mountain for skiing, snowboarding, and mountain biking. The complex is on one of the last shuttle stops to Eagle Lodge, and this free shuttle stops right in front of the home and goes everywhere in town as well as to the Main Lodge/Eagle/the Village. Sierra Star Golf Course is less than a half-mile from this Mammoth Lakes vacation home, so bring your clubs in warmer weather. Many restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores, along with the Mammoth Rock n' Bowl, Edison Theater, and the Mammoth Ski Museum are also within a mile-and-a-half of this home.
