The layout is excellent for hosting large groups, as each guest will have their own private space and bathroom, with bedding to comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests in beds, or up to 17 comfortably with a pull out king bed in one of the many living areas.

Old Town Retreat is a large private home, ideally located near the heart of historic Park City, just blocks to Main Street and Park City Mountain's Town Lift. This is a spacious property, great for family reunions or small groups. The king master bedroom offers a fireplace, flat screen TV, balcony deck and private bathroom. One guestroom has a twin bed plus twin bunks. The other three guestrooms offer a king bed, queen bed and two twin beds. There is also a sofa sleeper. There are three living rooms, a full kitchen with dining for 8 plus 3 bar stools, wood burning fireplace, air-conditioning, washer & dryer, private year-round hot tub, and complimentary wi-fi.
