Located at 8,683 feet in the Colorado Rockies Elk Mountain Range, the Timberline Condominiums provide a central location for outdoor winter adventures. Situated right next to Snowmass’ 3,128 acres of skiing and snowboarding, the ski-in/ski-out Timberline provides spacious condos and all the comforts of home. The Timberline consists of 88 individually owned and tastefully decorated condominiums which offer many different bedding arrangements, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace (except studios) and balcony or deck. Studios have efficiency kitchens. Relax in the slopeside pool and hot tubs, and enjoy dining at the on-site restaurant, The Edge Restaurant & Bar. The Timberline is the perfect location for a weekend getaway, a week-long trip with friends and family, a Rocky Mountain wedding or family gathering. Summer 2025 Construction Mon-Fri 9am-5pm that is visual and will have noise, different entrance on side of Main Lodge, all amenities still available. Rates have been discounted and full refunds will be given if guests choose not to stay due to construction.

Chamonix is a beautiful resort property with European charm and stunning mountain views. We offer two and three-bedroom slope-side units with excellent ski-in and ski-out access. Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, along with a washer/dryer, wireless internet access, and a fireplace. Many units feature unique solariums with abundant natural lighting and spectacular mountain views. Each building has Interior elevators from which guests can access individual units. Chamonix guests have a direct ski-in and ski-out connection to the Funnel/Assay Hill area providing easy access to all lifts at the base village and the entire Snowmass ski area. There is a complimentary shuttle to take you within Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access ski school, world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.

The Willows Condominiums are located near the ski slopes, 200 yards from the ski lifts and within walking distance of the Snowmass Village Plaza, for fabulous shopping and dining. The Willows offers the comforts and convenience of home with the amenities of a hotel. Studios include efficiency kitchens and two bedroom units have a full kitchen. Willows condominium guests may use the pool and hot tub at the Pokolodi, located next door. Transportation via the Village shuttle provides easy access to the Snowmass Village Mall and Aspen-Snowmass ski.

The Terracehouse offers comfortable and cozy condos centrally located in Snowmass Village. They are a short walk from the ski slope and one level below the Snowmass Village Mall Condos each have a full kitchen and gas fireplace. Property amenities include heated walkways, ski lockers, and a shared outdoor hot tub.

Located slope-side in the heart of Snowmass Village, The Laurelwood offers studios at 540 square feet in size with numerous amenities including a full kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, balcony/patio and high-speed internet access. These fully stocked studios sleep up to four people comfortably, featuring a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The on-site management office with friendly personnel will make your stay most enjoyable.
