Located at 8,683 feet in the Colorado Rockies Elk Mountain Range, the Timberline Condominiums provide a central location for outdoor winter adventures. Situated right next to Snowmass’ 3,128 acres of skiing and snowboarding, the ski-in/ski-out Timberline provides spacious condos and all the comforts of home. The Timberline consists of 88 individually owned and tastefully decorated condominiums which offer many different bedding arrangements, a fully equipped kitchen, fireplace (except studios) and balcony or deck. Studios have efficiency kitchens. Relax in the slopeside pool and hot tubs, and enjoy dining at the on-site restaurant, The Edge Restaurant & Bar. The Timberline is the perfect location for a weekend getaway, a week-long trip with friends and family, a Rocky Mountain wedding or family gathering. Summer 2025 Construction Mon-Fri 9am-5pm that is visual and will have noise, different entrance on side of Main Lodge, all amenities still available. Located in the heart of Snowmass’ Base Village, Capitol Peak is a snowball’s throw from the Elk Camp Gondola, Village Express and the Sky “Skittles” Cab. Families will appreciate the easy access to the restaurants, shops and the Treehouse Adventure Center, a 25,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art children’s facility. On site recreational facilities include an outdoor hot tub, fitness room, pool table and ski locker rooms.

Hayden Lodge is located in the heart of Snowmass’s Base Village, steps from the Elk Camp Gondola and the Village Express six-person lift. This is the place for convenience as there is also a mini-gondola (Skittles) that takes you up to the Snowmass Village Mall, and right next door is the Treehouse, the award-winning children’s ski school and activity center. Condominiums are appointed with high-end kitchen and bath finishes, state-of-the-art electronics and more. Amenities include a fireplace, ski locker, heated underground parking, and wireless internet.

These fully stocked studios sleep up to four people comfortably, featuring a queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa. The Lumin Residences are ideally located on the plaza in Snowmass’s Base Village. They offer comfortable alpine elegance, impeccable design, and proximity to the resort’s legendary slopes. The Lumin is perfect for families who like to entertain, with expansive window walls running the entire length of the living space and oversized decks that expand the living and entertaining space. The Elk Camp Gondola and all of the Snowmass Base Village amenities are right outside your door, including the Treehouse Kids’ Adventure Center, a state-licensed childcare and ski school facility for children ages 8 weeks to 4 years old.

Chamonix is a beautiful resort property with European charm and stunning mountain views. We offer two and three-bedroom slope-side units with excellent ski-in and ski-out access. Each unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen, along with a washer/dryer, wireless internet access, and a fireplace. Many units feature unique solariums with abundant natural lighting and spectacular mountain views. Each building has Interior elevators from which guests can access individual units. Chamonix guests have a direct ski-in and ski-out connection to the Funnel/Assay Hill area providing easy access to all lifts at the base village and the entire Snowmass ski area. There is a complimentary shuttle to take you within Snowmass Village (Base Village or Upper Village) to access ski school, world-class restaurants, shops, and other events and activities.
