Basic cable is also provided. The balcony is off the living room with outdoor furniture to enjoy. The condo also features a smart speaker for listening to your favorite music or audio. Property features include wireless internet, air-conditioning, an elevator, ski storage, and underground parking. Each condo has a gas fireplace and a washer/dryer.

Comfortable and affordable, the Atelier Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, across the street from Sun Valley Lake. The bus stop is only 2 blocks away. The Pavilion where free symphonies and other concerts take place during the summer is just a leisurely walk up the hill, as is the ice rink and the charming Village area.

Located close to downtown Ketchum, this 2-story A-Frame style cottage will sleep up to 6 guests. This cottage has so much to offer. Private hot tub, fenced yard, walking distance to shopping and dining, and is pet friendly. On the main level is a great room with a gas fireplace and sitting area and dining table that seats 6. There is access to the backyard and patio area with a gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked and has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are 3 bar stools at the counter.
