For all of our guests, we try to make the Limelight Hotel feel like home. So for the new Limelight Hotel Ketchum, we took that idea a little further and created several residences on site. Guests can check-in to 2-, 3-, 4-, or 5-bedroom residences depending on availability. So settle in. Put your feet up. Do what comes naturally at home.

The Sun Valley Inn opened its doors in 1937 and is still where to stay if you're looking for a welcoming and stylish place to lay your head. Now boasting a full convention center, the Inn has gracious European-inspired dècor with the finest fabrics, carpeting and wall coverings. Guests can head to the Ram restaurant for a gourmet bite and sip on a cocktail in the lounge, while the Village Station offers family-friendly food and fun. An exercise room adjoins the outdoor pool.

Snowcreek is the ideal location for children and beginner skiers; it’s an easy walk to Dollar Mountain's gentle slopes and ski school. The Snowcreek Condominiums are located at the base of Dollar Mountain, near the Sun Valley resort village. Units feature fully equipped kitchens, fireplaces and decks. There is a town shuttle stop a block away from the complex.

Welcome to 8th Street Luxury Townhome Unit 101, where breathtaking blue mountain skies set the stage for a truly spectacular retreat. The Larkspur Condos in downtown Ketchum have spectacular views of Bald Mountain and the Bigwood Golf Course. The property offers a year-round Jacuzzi and a summer use pool. Each condo has a washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and either a gas or wood-burning fireplace.

Sun Valley Village Condominiums form a horseshoe around our magical village and are all within a ten-minute walk of the Inn or Lodge. With fully equipped kitchens and spacious living areas, these economical units offer both convenience and affordability for your mountain stay. For your comfort, daily maid service is provided. Standard Village Condominiums consist of Snow Creek, Dollar, Cottonwood, Villager and Dollar Meadows. Additional amenities would depend on property selected.

The SnowStar Condominiums are located about 3 blocks from the River Run lifts and 6 blocks from downtown Ketchum’s dining, shopping and art galleries, making it the perfect Sun Valley headquarters for all of your adventures. Despite its proximity to town, wildlife can be seen everywhere from these condos - including the occasional deer, elk, or moose that meander by in the early mornings. Condominiums include a fireplace, private balcony and washer/dryer. The SnowStar complex includes an outdoor hot tub, exercise room, and underground parking with elevator access, for a stress-free stay in Sun Valley. A free shuttle stops about 2 blocks away that will transport you to the ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

Lodge Two condos offer the luxury of Sun Valley Lodge amenities combined with the coziness of a condo. These deluxe condos are a ten-minute walk from all that the village has to offer, including dining and shopping options. The living room, with vaulted ceiling, opens to a generous deck. Located in the center of Elkhorn, the Ridge is within walking distance of Elkhorn amenities, the community bike/pedestrian path, and the KART free town bus stop for a short ride to the ski areas, Sun Valley village, and Ketchum.

This 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home offers clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. The Saddle Road home has a spacious great room, gas-ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.
