The Sun Valley Inn opened its doors in 1937 and is still where to stay if you're looking for a welcoming and stylish place to lay your head. For all of our guests, we try to make the Limelight Hotel feel like home. So for the new Limelight Hotel Ketchum, we took that idea a little further and created several residences on site. The Greyhawk Condominiums are conveniently located in Warm Springs, about 1 block from the lifts and Warm Springs Base Lodge. The free town bus stops nearby and provides service to all areas of the resort. The Greyhawk complex offers a summer and winter season outdoor swimming pool (heated in winter), complimentary parking, common laundry facilities and wireless internet.

This 2 bedroom plus den, 3 bath, 2,200 square foot home offers clean, pleasing accommodations with basic furnishings and some updated features. The Saddle Road home has a spacious great room, gas-ignited, wood-burning rock fireplace, and floor-to-ceiling windows. The kitchen is appointed with stainless steel appliances and a gas stove. The dining room table seats 6 comfortably, and French doors open up to the home's large front patio. The Saddle Ridge home is an easy 5 minute walk to Sun Valley Village and just 1/2 mile from downtown Ketchum. The Ketchum/Sun Valley bike path is just outside the door. The house is also within 2.5 miles of all three ski area base lodges - Warm Springs and River Run Lodges and Dollar Mountain Lodge. The local shuttle bus also passes the driveway on a daily schedule - offering free rides to any of the lodges or the 1/2 mile into downtown Ketchum. The home offers wireless internet service, a two-car garage, and washer/dryer for your convenience.

This open & spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath home is a perfect escape to enjoy both winter and summer activities. This one-level home will sleep up to 6 guests and is set on a spacious, private lot. The living area is light and bright, featuring vaulted ceilings and walls of windows. The large wood-burning fireplace is perfect for cozy evenings with 36 in TV to enjoy. The slider leads to the patio area and large yard to enjoy during the summer months.

Habitat Condominiums offer comfortable accommodations in a prime location for both winter and summer-time activities. They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek about eight blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There are two large outdoor hot tubs and one assigned parking space. Downtown Ketchum is approximately three blocks away with dining, art galleries, and shopping easily accessible. There is a free town shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

The Summit Condominium complex is located beside the Elkhorn Plaza, within walking distance of a free town shuttle stop. Summit is also within walking distance of the center of Elkhorn Village. There is a year-round community outdoor hot tub. During the summer months, a Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort.

Copper Ridge is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom mountain-view home in the heart of Ketchum that sleeps 6. Guests will enjoy Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain views, covered underground parking, a large deck, and a wonderful wood-burning fireplace.

The Fairway Nine Condominiums sit right on the Elkhorn Golf Course, in a quiet and protected setting, close to Dollar Mountain Ski Area and 10 minutes into downtown Ketchum. The town shuttle bus stops just outside the complex. Amenities include Wi-Fi, complimentary parking and a washer and dryer.

The Larkspur Condos in downtown Ketchum have spectacular views of Bald Mountain and the Bigwood Golf Course. The property offers a year-round Jacuzzi and a summer use pool. Each condo has a washer/dryer, high-speed internet access, and either a gas or wood-burning fireplace.
