The Bitterroot 225 home features 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with an en-suite bath. The master has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen. As a bonus, there are two twin beds in the loft area. Two additional bedrooms are located downstairs, one with a queen and the other with a full bed. These bedrooms each have a separate full bath. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances and plenty of seating for the whole family. The adjoining living room features a gas-burning fireplace and large windows bringing in lots of light and a view of Mt. Baldy in the distance. You can enjoy the expansive deck off the kitchen/dining room for outdoor entertaining and your summer cookout on the gas grill. There is also a large family room with a flat screen TV and a full bath attached on the lower level. For your convenience, there is one stall available for guest parking in the attached garage.

When there’s snow on the ground, entertain indoors in the inviting games room, which features a pool table, ping-pong table and wet bar. A fireplace is the perfect spot to curl up with a book, while Wi-Fi lets you stay in touch with friends at home. The villa’s bright, roomy interiors are warm and welcoming. The Symphony Cottage is as luxurious as a cottage can be. This house has seven bedrooms with nine beds (three kings, four queens, two doubles) and overlooks beautiful Sun Valley Lake. Soak in the hot tub after a big day on the mountain before curling up by one of the three cozy fireplaces. There is a full kitchen and a spacious sunken living room that comes complete with a wet bar.
