The Summit Condominium complex is located beside the Elkhorn Plaza, within walking distance of a free town shuttle stop. Summit is also within walking distance of the center of Elkhorn Village. Located on the third floor of the complex (elevator access) is all one level with high ceilings and an ample amount of living space. The living area is an open plan with high ceilings and great Mt views. There is a 75-inch flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen is very spacious with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with a 4 burner gas stove. There are 3 bar stools at the counter top and the dining table seats 6. Off the dining area, there is access to a small deck with Northern views. There is another larger deck off the living room and fourth bedroom.

Sun Valley Village Condominiums form a horseshoe around our magical village and are all within a ten-minute walk of the Inn or Lodge. Standard Village Condominiums consist of Snow Creek, Dollar, Cottonwood, Villager and Dollar Meadows. Additional amenities would depend on property selected.

The Lodge Apartments are adjacent to the historic Sun Valley Lodge itself, and within walking distance of the ice rink, shops and restaurants in the Sun Valley Village Mall area. The Lodge Apartments were built to suit the luxury ski lodge standard of Sun Valley's early years - woodsy, spacious, warm and basically timeless. Condos have a full kitchen, fireplace, private deck, and wireless internet.

The Legends 4510 is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Sun Valley townhome that sleeps 8. Experience endless adventure—like world-class skiing, hiking, mountain biking, and fly fishing—while surrounded by unfiltered natural beauty. Located on the Elkhorn Golf Course, guests will enjoy this 2-story townhome’s gas fireplace and community amenities, including a hot tub, a sauna, and swimming pools.

There are four bedrooms and three baths on two levels with a large, open living room, two dining areas, and a modern kitchen. On the main level there is the open living/dining/cooking area with 42-inch flat screen TV (no cable, streaming services only), surround sound and a wood burning fireplace. The fully-stocked kitchen has three bar stools at the counter top. Off to the side of the kitchen is a small table which seats six for casual dining. The main dining table seats 6-10.
