Guests will love this newly renovated and furnished retreat with multiple gas fireplaces, a Peloton in the garage, breathtaking views of surrounding mountains from the second-floor balcony, multiple living areas, and hot tub. This home truly has it all for an incredible vacation!

This deluxe 2600 sqft tri-level 4 bedroom/ 4 bath townhome is located in Elkhorn and will sleep up to 10 guests. As you enter the townhome there is a large foyer with a flight of stairs that takes you to the main living quarters of the home. With high ceilings and open living the living and kitchen area gets great light. The living room has a 65-inch flat-screen TV and wood-burning fireplace (please note it is currently being worked on and is not in use until further notice). Off the living area is a table with 4 chairs for extra seating. The kitchen is large and spacious for entertaining with stainless steel appliances and an island bar with 4 bar stools for extra seating. The dining room has a large dining table that seats 6-8 people. There is access to a large deck with a gas grill, outdoor table, and chairs.

The Legends 4510 is a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom Sun Valley townhome that sleeps 8.
