They are conveniently located in Ketchum above Trail Creek about eight blocks from the River Run ski lifts and the Big Wood River. There are two large outdoor hot tubs and one assigned parking space. Downtown Ketchum is approximately three blocks away with dining, art galleries, and shopping easily accessible. There is a free town shuttle that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn Resorts.

The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

These condominiums are situated right in the hub of Warm Springs. The living room opens to a large deck with perfect views of Bald Mountain ski runs. The free shuttle bus stops 1 block away and provides service to all areas. These are units with inviting, pleasing accommodations that are tastefully decorated. As you enter the condo the full size bath with tub shower combo is located on the right. The full size kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats four. The living room has a wood burning fireplace, 55-inch flat screen TV with cable, and streaming, Blue Ray and stereo, wireless internet, ceiling fan and a queen sleeper sofa. Sliding glass doors open to a small deck where you'll find views to the East and a small table with two chairs and gas grill. This unit does have an in window air conditioner. The loft sleeping area up a flight of stairs features a queen bed (new mattress May 2021), a 55-inch flat screen TV and DVD player. It has high ceilings and good light and is open to the living room below. There are Mt views from this room.

The Crestview Condominiums are located within walking distance to the River Run Base area and Downtown Ketchum. Amenities include: Vaulted ceilings, wood burning fireplace, flat screen TV, washer/dryer and a common area hot tub.
