This top-of-the-line luxury 4bd/4ba condo is located in Ketchum with spectacular views. Located on the third floor of the complex (elevator access) is all one level with high ceilings and an ample amount of living space. The living area is an open plan with high ceilings and great Mt views. There is a 75-inch flat-screen TV and gas fireplace. The kitchen is very spacious with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances with a 4 burner gas stove. There are 3 bar stools at the counter top and the dining table seats 6. Off the dining area, there is access to a small deck with Northern views. There is another larger deck off the living room and fourth bedroom.

This 2 bedroom +loft/2 bathroom tri-level condo is located just blocks from downtown Ketchum. Condo offers 1312 square feel of living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level you will find one of the bedrooms. This room has a king bed, 26 inch TV and access to full size bathroom. On the middle level is the living area with 31 inch flat screen TV, gas fireplace and ceiling fan. This room has high ceilings which brings great light into the room with Mt. Views . The open kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The dining table seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. There is access to a small deck off the dining area which offers Mt views, gas grill, small table with two chairs and umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen. On the third level is the loft area and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a Queen bed, Mt views, walk in closet and full size bath. The loft offers a Queen bed and has access to either bathrooms in the condo. This condo has a one car garage for compact car and limited parking within the complex. If you have more than one car you will need to park a short distance from the condo on the street

The Wildflower Condos are located close to Sun Valley’s historic lodge and its restaurants and shops, spa and fitness center. The kitchen, which has new appliances, granite counter tops, and 4 bar stools, is fully stocked with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The living area is spacious with plenty of seating and ample lighting. There is also a queen sleeper sofa. There is a 55-inch smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, and all the streaming apps. Basic cable is also provided. The balcony is off the living room with outdoor furniture to enjoy. The condo also features a smart speaker for listening to your favorite music or audio. High speed wireless internet access is provided, as well! The bedroom has a king bed and access to hallway bath with shower only and single sink vanity.

The Cottonwood Condominiums are located in Sun Valley Village, less than a 5 minute stroll away from the ice rink, shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.
