Located in NW Ketchum this upscale two bedroom, two bath all on one level, corner condo offers approx. 1000 square feet of living area and will sleep up to 4 guests. Only 5 blocks to town and a short drive to the lifts, this condo is conveniently located to the bike path as well. There is underground parking for one car and over flow parking outside the complex.

This 2 bedroom +loft/2 bathroom tri-level condo is located just blocks from downtown Ketchum. Condo offers 1312 square feel of living space and will sleep up to 6 guests. On the main level you will find one of the bedrooms. This room has a king bed, 26 inch TV and access to full size bathroom. On the middle level is the living area with 31 inch flat screen TV, gas fireplace and ceiling fan. This room has high ceilings which brings great light into the room with Mt. Views . The open kitchen and dining area are also located on this level. The dining table seats 6 with 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter top. There is access to a small deck off the dining area which offers Mt views, gas grill, small table with two chairs and umbrella. There is a stack washer/dryer in a closet just off the kitchen. On the third level is the loft area and master bedroom. Master bedroom has a Queen bed, Mt views, walk in closet and full size bath. The loft offers a Queen bed and has access to either bathrooms in the condo. This condo has a one car garage for compact car and limited parking within the complex. If you have more than one car you will need to park a short distance from the condo on the street

The Sun Valley Lodge Apartments have access to Sun Valley amenities that include a year-round outdoor heated pool, hot tub and sauna. The Lodge Apartments are adjacent to the historic Sun Valley Lodge itself, and within walking distance of the ice rink, shops and restaurants in the Sun Valley Village Mall area. The Lodge Apartments were built to suit the luxury ski lodge standard of Sun Valley's early years - woodsy, spacious, warm and basically timeless. The ground level has a guest room with a queen size bed and full private bath, and a very large storage area for guest use. On the second floor is a laundry area with a washer/dryer and a guest room with two twin beds and a full bath. <br><br> The main level is open and inviting with comfortable seating, a wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings and an entertainment center. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a cheerful nook and a formal dining area that will seat 8 guests. The master suite is on this level as well and has a king size bed, television and full bath. Upstairs is a loft with 6 twin beds.

The Chilali Condominiums are located just 3 blocks from Ketchum’s Main Street, with great access to shopping and restaurants, making it the perfect condo any time of the year. This complex features underground parking, an elevator, a roof top common area with 2 spa hot tubs, a gas grill, exercise room and a recreational game room for guests and homeowners.
