The town shuttle bus will take you into downtown Ketchum or to the ski resort, 2 miles away. The Cottonwood complex consists of 18 buildings, with 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available. Some units have access to Sun Valley Resort amenities such as the pool and hot tub.

The Evergreen Condos are located in the town of Ketchum, a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The town shuttle bus stops a block away. Property features include wireless internet, air-conditioning, an elevator, ski storage, and underground parking. Each condo has a gas fireplace and a washer/dryer.

These well-lit multilevel units feature high ceilings, hardwood floors and views of Baldy.

The SnowStar Condominiums are located about 3 blocks from the River Run lifts and 6 blocks from downtown Ketchum’s dining, shopping and art galleries, making it the perfect Sun Valley headquarters for all of your adventures. Despite its proximity to town, wildlife can be seen everywhere from these condos - including the occasional deer, elk, or moose that meander by in the early mornings. Condominiums include a fireplace, private balcony and washer/dryer. The SnowStar complex includes an outdoor hot tub, exercise room, and underground parking with elevator access, for a stress-free stay in Sun Valley. The Wildflower Condos are located close to Sun Valley’s historic lodge and its restaurants and shops, spa and fitness center. The Greyhawk Condominiums are conveniently located in Warm Springs, about 1 block from the lifts and Warm Springs Base Lodge. The Sun Valley Inn opened its doors in 1937 and is still where to stay if you're looking for a welcoming and stylish place to lay your head. Now boasting a full convention center, the Inn has gracious European-inspired dècor with the finest fabrics, carpeting and wall coverings. Guests can head to the Ram restaurant for a gourmet bite and sip on a cocktail in the lounge, while the Village Station offers family-friendly food and fun. An exercise room adjoins the outdoor pool.
