Welcome to our East Vail private home with spectacular views of Gore Creek and the Gore Range Mountains. This is the downstairs part of an up-down gold-rated duplex. This bottom duplex has 2,000 square feet on two levels, and is located in East Vail directly on the Gore Creek and just six and a half miles from Vail Village. You can also walk 1/4 mile to the free bus stop. It has a lovely open living, kitchen and dining area with a wood-burning fireplace in the sitting room. There is also a separate sun/TV room on the main level with expansive glass windows that showcase the serenity of the creek and mountains, along with a large TV and entertainment center. Off the living area is a private deck with a table and grill that enjoy the peaceful creek and mountain setting. The downstairs patio has a sitting area to enjoy the creek and summer wildflowers.
