Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

The Winter Park Mountain Lodge is a full-service hotel with 110 rooms, a restaurant, indoor pool and two indoor hot tubs. Accommodations are comfortable and affordable. Our condo is conveniently located within a quick 10-minute drive or short shuttle ride to ski during the winter and is in the heart of summer outdoor fun. Winter Park is just 6 miles away and can be accessed easily by the free shuttle for all your outdoor activities, no matter the season!

This beautiful, remodeled 3 bedroom offers 2 interior levels on the second floor of the building for a bit more peace and quiet and easy access to downtown Fraser restaurants and breweries. The hourly shuttle stop to Winter Park Ski Resort is near the main entrance. Ideal family condo that sleeps 9 - situated alongside the Fraser River providing access to hiking/mountain bike trail in the warmer months and snowshoe access during the snowy season. The main level has hardwood flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, countertops, cabinets with easy access to the adjacent dining room. The main living room has vaulted ceilings for each sunshine, gas fireplace, flat screen TV that can be enjoyed from the plush surrounding furnishings and access to the large private deck offering mountain views, outside dining area and BBQ grill.

Upscale and spacious, the two bedroom, two bath plus den units were completed in 1999 in the MeadowRidge area of Fraser. The nicely appointed units include gas log fireplace, full kitchen, TV, phone, in unit washer/dryer and deck. An outdoor common area hot tub provides uninterrupted mountain views and underground parking is available for guests. A quick five miles from Winter Park Resort, the property is on the free town shuttle as well. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern cabinetry, countertops, and hardwood flooring throughout the unit, complemented by contemporary appliances. Next to the kitchenette, the dining area accommodates seating for up to four. The main living area features an open floor with comfortable furnishings, complimentary wi-fi and a flat screen television. Furthermore, access to the private deck allows for picturesque views of the surrounding valley and mountains. It is important to note that there is no air conditioning or functional fireplace in the unit. A Queen Murphy bed provides comfort and can be conveniently stowed away to enhance living space during the day.
