Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

A cozy, pet friendly studio apartment located on the second floor, offering easy access and a delightful view of the mountains and surrounding landscape. The kitchenette is fully equipped with modern cabinetry, countertops, and hardwood flooring throughout the unit, complemented by contemporary appliances. Next to the kitchenette, the dining area accommodates seating for up to four. The main living area features an open floor with comfortable furnishings, complimentary wi-fi and a flat screen television. Furthermore, access to the private deck allows for picturesque views of the surrounding valley and mountains. It is important to note that there is no air conditioning or functional fireplace in the unit. A Queen Murphy bed provides comfort and can be conveniently stowed away to enhance living space during the day.

Located one block from downtown Winter Park and about two miles to the ski resort, Hi Country Haus is situated in a quiet secluded setting, yet it is close to all the conveniences. All units have a full kitchen, fireplace, cable TV, and some units have a private balcony. The clubhouse features an indoor pool, two indoor and one outdoor hot tubs, a pool table, coin operated laundry, complimentary Wi-FI access. In the shopping complex where the front desk is located, there is a convenience store, beauty salon, and restaurants. Meeting room space is available for groups. The free shuttle bus runs frequently by this well-located property.

The living zone is an immaculate space with in floor radiant heat, 10' ceilings, custom lighting, smart TV and gas fireplace and panoramic mountain views from the cushy leather furniture. Plenty of large, picturesque windows will offer more than one view of the mountains and surrounding mountain beauty from this main room. Outside is a large wrap around patio is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the fresh air and outdoor hot tub and gas grill. The full kitchen boasts high-end finishes including custom hickory wood cabinets, gorgeous granite countertops, large breakfast bar area at the kitchen island offers seating for 3 and is adjacent to the dining area offers seating for 8 at the main table.

Winter Park is just 6 miles away and can be accessed easily by the free shuttle for all your outdoor activities, no matter the season!

Overlooking both the Fraser Valley and the Continental Divide, these quiet, upscale condominiums are close to downtown Winter Park and the Arapaho National Forest. These units are approximately 1 mile from the town of Winter Park and they are on the free shuttle route so you don’t have to worry about driving or finding parking.
