Beaver Village Condominiums are located at the entrance of the town of Winter Park and 1.5 miles from Winter Park Resort. The large complex is set in a campus setting with three clusters and a centrally located clubhouse with a heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, and laundry facilities. With condos ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms, Beaver Village is an affordable option for families and groups. The free town shuttle picks up at Beaver Village during ski season.

Located at the entrance to Winter Park resort, the Vintage offers 112 finely-appointed guest rooms, from traditional hotel rooms to studios and suites, most featuring kitchenettes and fireplaces. The Vintage Hotel is host to the Coca-Cola Tubing Hill check-in and tube rental. Amenities include an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. The Five Mountain Tavern serves lunch and dinner during ski season. An assortment of breakfast and lunch grab and go items can be purchased at the front desk. The Village Cabriolet provides complimentary transportation from the hotel parking lot to the base of Winter Park Resort.

Located conveniently 225 yards from the base village chairlifts, Fraser Crossing and Founders Pointe are comprised of studios and 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units. Amenities include outdoor hot tubs, heated parking, ski storage LCD flat-screen TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi and an outdoor fireplace.

Our condo is conveniently located within a quick 10-minute drive or short shuttle ride to ski during the winter and is in the heart of summer outdoor fun. Winter Park is just 6 miles away and can be accessed easily by the free shuttle for all your outdoor activities, no matter the season!

The hourly shuttle stop to Winter Park Ski Resort is near the main entrance. Ideal family condo that sleeps 9 - situated alongside the Fraser River providing access to hiking/mountain bike trail in the warmer months and snowshoe access during the snowy season. The main level has hardwood flooring throughout, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, countertops, cabinets with easy access to the adjacent dining room. The Iron Horse is the ultimate mountain escape to lodging in Winter Park with condominium units including our sport studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options. While staying with us, enjoy our fully equipped Fitness Center with free weights, weight machine, treadmill, spin bikes, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, locker rooms, and steam rooms.

This charming pet-friendly 3-bedroom retreat offers a cozy getaway for up to 8 guests and easy access to downtown Fraser's breweries, restaurants and great year round outdoor activities. A single level condo featuring an open floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, and a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace and gorgeous mountain views from the south facing windows. Step onto the private patio for breathtaking sunrises and sunsets! The master bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV with en-suite bathroom. A second bedroom has a Queen bed, flat screen TV and full bathroom. The third bedroom offers a Queen and adjacent alcove with a bunk bed for an extra sleeping space. Access for the third bathroom in the main hallway with washer and dryer.
