Cawha Outlook Chalet, located near Peak 8, offers 4,447 square feet of luxurious living. This 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home boasts a gorgeous great room with high ceilings, a beautiful stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors and Douglas fir beams throughout to give it an elegant and rustic feel. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. The open dining area is surrounded by windows that showcase the spectacular mountain views. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy while taking in the amazing views of Baldy Mountain during the summer months. After a big day of activities, relax and unwind in your own private hot tub located on the lower level patio. During winter months, a 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.

Additional features include multiple decks, a private outdoor hot tub, den/media room with pool table and flat screen TV, washer/dryer, and 3-car garage. The Alpine Majesty home is located 5 minutes from the Peak 8 ski area base and a 10 minute drive into Breckenridge. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.

Upon arriving, guests are greeted with a lovely entryway that flows into the uniquely furnished great room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with granite island and stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats seven, and the nearby bar accommodates three more guests at bar stools. Upstairs, the game room has a flat-screen TV, Wii gaming system and full-size pool table. The lowest level has a second living room with a kitchenette and access to the back patio’s outdoor hot tub. Shekel Haus’ master suite is located on the upper level and has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private deck with mountain views and an ensuite bath. The master bath’s walk-in shower features dual shower heads. The full bedroom has a full-size bed and flat-screen TV with access to a shared bath with the twin room featuring two twin beds.
