The lobby features the Fireside Lounge, the perfect place to gather for apres-ski in front of a wood-burning fireplace. All guests enjoy underground parking with elevator access, a fitness center, an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs. And of course, there's complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Please note that the shuttle is not able to go up the driveway and will safely pick up guests at the street level. Point View Place is a log home luxury retreat, situated in the distinguished Summit Estates. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream. The open dining area is surrounded by windows that showcase the spectacular mountain views. The deck has plenty of outdoor seating for everyone to enjoy while taking in the amazing views of Baldy Mountain during the summer months. After a big day of activities, relax and unwind in your own private hot tub located on the lower level patio. In addition to the main floor living area, an additional family room is located in the lower level, complete with a minibar, wine fridge and a small living area with a flat screen TV.
