Welcome to Winterfell Estates, spanning 2.8 acres in the esteemed Summit Estates of Breckenridge. Nordic skiing, fishing, mountain biking, and off-road/snowmobile trails are only minutes away. There is complimentary shuttle service for this luxury vacation home from mid-November through mid-April.

Situated in the historic district of downtown Breckenridge, Harris House is a nostalgic mining cabin renovated into a thoughtful and elegant custom log home. Guests will enjoy modern décor and amenities throughout this 3,800-square-foot contemporary home with multiple entertainment spaces, a private hot tub, and spectacular views. Just a 3-block walk to the main street and one block to the free skier shuttle, Harris House is in the heart of everything Breckenridge has to offer.

This ski home offers a spectacular getaway for those looking to relax and experience majestic views of the mountains. The Waterwall House is situated in a quiet area and is close to the Breckenridge Golf Course with the slopes being only a short drive away. This spacious home is fit for a family and stocked with everything you need to have a comfortable and memorable stay.

Vickery’s Vantage is a 5 bedroom 5.5 bath home with spectacular valley views. Features include a large deck, private outdoor hot tub, gas fireplace, garage parking and wireless internet.

The Chateau at Dyer Trail is a 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom mountain view home that sleeps 10 in Summit County and is close to Breck’s Main Street Gondola ski lift. Guests will love the incredible primary bedroom, the home’s interior woodwork, a billiards room, and a large back deck with a 6-8 person hot tub.

Gold Flake Lodge boasts some of the best panoramic views of the Ten Mile Range in Breckenridge. A stone fireplace reaching up to the vaulted ceilings centers the family room and a floor-to-ceiling windows frame views of Breckenridge’s slopes. Glass doors off both the living and dining room open out to the back deck offering a closer look at the stunning mountain landscape. The dining room has seating for six and a breakfast bar provides additional seats for four. In the kitchen you will find warm wood cabinetry, high-end appliances and plenty of warm sunlight coming in from the windows in the adjoining dining room. The master suite is located on the main floor and features a cozy gas fireplace and walk out access to the deck. Four additional guest rooms each boast spectacular views overlooking Breckenridge Resort. The additional game room walks out to the deck and has a second living area with cozy couches and a designer billiards table for a little friendly competition. Surrounding the home are multiple deck spaces that offer the perfect spot to watch the magnificent sunsets over the mountain ranges. If you’d like to soak blissfully while appreciating the views, there is also a private outdoor hot tub on the back deck.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Please note that the shuttle is not able to go up the driveway and will safely pick up guests at the street level. Seek seclusion at Shekel Haus, a five-bedroom private residence located in North Breckenridge a few minutes’ drive--or shuttle ride--from downtown Breckenridge, the ski resort and Gold Run Nordic Center. Shekel Haus guests enjoy views of the Ten Mile Range, three living areas, a hot tub and a beautiful game room. Shekel Haus sleeps up to 11 guests and offers plenty of space to gather and relax. Upon arriving, guests are greeted with a lovely entryway that flows into the uniquely furnished great room. The spacious kitchen is equipped with granite island and stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats seven, and the nearby bar accommodates three more guests at bar stools. Upstairs, the game room has a flat-screen TV, Wii gaming system and full-size pool table. The lowest level has a second living room with a kitchenette and access to the back patio’s outdoor hot tub. Shekel Haus’ master suite is located on the upper level and has a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, private deck with mountain views and an ensuite bath. The master bath’s walk-in shower features dual shower heads. The full bedroom has a full-size bed and flat-screen TV with access to a shared bath with the twin room featuring two twin beds. The bunk room is furnished with a captain’s bunk and offers a shared bath. Amenities at Shekel Haus include a full-size washer and dryer, large two-car garage, Internet and more. An all-wheel or four-wheel-drive vehicle is recommended, as Shekel Haus is a mile from the nearest shuttle stop.
