The dining room seats seven, and the nearby bar accommodates three more guests at bar stools. Upstairs, the game room has a flat-screen TV, Wii gaming system and full-size pool table. The lowest level has a second living room with a kitchenette and access to the back patio’s outdoor hot tub.
