Chateau of Breckenridge is situated in one of the most sought-after locations in Breckenridge – just a few feet from the Four OClock ski run. This is true ski-in, ski-out at its best. This custom-built 11,000 square foot home features five king-bedded suites plus a bonus room with two sets of bunk beds, a theater room, and recreation room with billiards table. The master bedroom suite has a gas fireplace, private balcony and steam shower. The great room has a player piano and a gas fireplace; there’s a gourmet kitchen and separate dining room that seats 12, plus another dining area with seating for 8. There’s a 2-bay heated garage and 4-wheel drive vehicles are strongly recommended.

This home enjoys complimentary use of the Moving Mountains shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Please note that the shuttle is not able to go up the driveway and will safely pick up guests at the street level. Parking Notes: The property can only comfortably support parking for three vehicles. Plowing takes place from around 8 AM to 9 AM, and you will need to move vehicles to allow this to happen. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are required during winter months and that with five levels in the home, there are a lot of stairs.
