Village at Breckenridge

The Village at Breckenridge Resort is located on the plaza at the base of Peak 9, next to the Quicksilver Chairlift and adjacent to Maggie's Pond. The restaurants and shops of Breckenridge's historic Main Street are just steps away, as is the Breckenridge Ski School and Village Childcare Center. Accommodation options range from hotel rooms, studios, 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom condominiums with full kitchens. The one- to four-bedroom units include wood-burning fireplaces and balconies. The onsite Park Avenue Pub, located in the Village Hotel, offers is a great place to grab a convenient dinner or enjoy après-ski food and drink specials.

Antlers Lodge

Just steps to the Four O' Clock Ski Run and across the street from the Snowflake Lift, Antlers Lodge guests enjoy the convenience of a ski-in walk-out location. In the summer, acres of forested hiking and mountain biking trails are right out the back door. These spacious, clean and bright condos make a great home away from home. Enjoy entertaining in the fully-equipped kitchen or cozy up by the gas fireplace in the living room. Take in the fresh mountain air from your private balcony. As an added convenience, each unit has a private washer and dryer. Guests of Antler's Lodge have access to off-site outdoor pools and indoor/outdoor hot tubs at the Upper Village Pool located just a 5 minute drive away.

Twin Elk Lodge

Twin Elk Lodge is located on the corner of Ski Hill and Park Avenue within 3 blocks of Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. These bright condos offer the comforts of home, with a fully-equipped kitchen, a cozy fireplace, and a private balcony. Each unit has a heated one car garage. After a day on the slopes, enjoy a warm soak in the common area hot tub. Twin Elk Lodge is conveniently located adjacent to the complimentary town shuttle stop for fast access to the ski area bases, and approximately 250 yards to the BreckConnect Gondola. At the end of your ski day, take the Skyway Skiway to the underground walkway and you will be a short walk back to the Lodge.

Grand Vista Lodge

Perched above Breckenridge on Peak 10, Grand Vista Lodge’s 7 bedrooms and 6.5 baths are spread over 5,000 square feet. With a modern mountain design offering the height of sophistication, guests will love the open floor plan living area with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams and stunning views of Breckenridge and Baldy Mountain from floor-to-ceiling windows. The outdoor deck off the living room has a private outdoor hot tub and there are gas fireplaces in the great room, the den/game room, and the master bedroom. Grande Vista Lodge is a 5-minute drive from downtown Breckenridge. There is nearby ski trail access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort, however it is on ungroomed runs geared to experienced skiers. Ski-in access is by expert trails only.

Clifton Lodge

The entire log structure of Clifton Lodge is a masterpiece of environmentally conscious craftsmanship, with fallen Montana timbers of lodge pole pine and spruce trees. This is a quintessential, western log home radiating classic, mountain comfort. Enormous picture windows and half-moon shaped windows shower the main level with natural lighting and incredible mountain vistas. Clifton Lodge is located right on the 4 O Clock ski run, perfectly situated for the ultimate ski-in access, and the Snowflake Lift is just across the street. The home’s south-facing deck is 75 feet long and has a custom-built gas log fire pit, gas grill, and private hot tub facing the ski run, the ideal place to relax after a great day outdoors.

Powderhorn

The Powderhorn condominiums are located within walking distance of the Quicksilver Lift at the base of Peak 9. Although they are only 1 1/2 blocks from Main Street, these units are in a forested, streamside location which provides for a quiet location. Guests have access to the Columbine outdoor heated pool and hot tub area across the street. There is both underground and above ground parking available, as well as an elevator in each of the three buildings.

Base Camp II

Base Camp at Shockhill Landing is a custom-built 4 bedroom 4 bath duplex in the prestigious Shockhill Landing area in Breckenridge. Situated 75 yards from the mid-station gondola stop, you can choose to go either to Peak 7 or Peak 8 on the gondola. It’s also less than a 5-minute drive to Breckenridge’s Main Street. The home features a contemporary mountain design with beautiful mountain views and tons of amenities. The open floor plan living area has huge windows and gas fireplace, and is a perfect place for gathering after skiing, as is the expanded lower patio with its fire pit, hot tub, outdoor speakers and spectacular views. The deck off the upstairs dining area also has outdoor speakers as well as a gas grill. The master bedroom features a king bed, gas fireplace, and steam shower. Laundry facilities and a 2-car garage are available for your convenience. Please note that 4-wheel drive vehicles are highly recommended during winter months.
